Entrants may enter multiple times, however, entrants must provide different responses to questions provided by the Promoter, in each entry. There are otherwise no limitations on entries into the Promotion. Each entrant is only eligible for one prize in the Promotion. During the Entry Period: On Air Calls (a) (b) Entrants may call the Station phone number at various times as broadcast on the Station and as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion). Entrants who successfully call the Station phone number when solicited to do so by live broadcast on the Station or otherwise as determined by the Promoter, may be selected by the Promoter to be included in the Promotion (in accordance with the Judging Details in paragraph 11 below). General (a) (b) Entrants may be requested to successfully answer a question/s as specified by the Promoter before being included as an entrant in the promotion. If invited by the Promoter, entrants may register via the Stations’ websites, via a nominated app, via the Promoter’s representatives and street team, via Stations’ SMS text, via social media, on ground at the Australian Open or other methods as determined by the Promoter in is discretion. Up to five (5) entrants at a time may be required to participate in the challenge, the order in which entrants are selected to take to air is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter and there is no guarantee all entrants will be taken to air for a chance to contest in the challenge. During the challenge, a representative of the promoter will play a piece of audio or perform a piece of audio live. The piece of audio will include a performance of a song which will be performed by tapping on cans of tennis balls, each filled with a different quantity of balls, called “Ball Beats”. The contestant taken to air must guess the correct title of the song in full that is being performed with “Ball Beats”. Only if and when an entrant can correctly identify the “Ball Beats” song title in full as per the fact sheet on hand, will they win one (1) Major Prize. This is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into. Once the “Ball Bets” song is correctly guessed in full, the contesting spot will end. Should the contestant incorrectly guess the title of the “Ball Beats” audio, their turn will end and the promoter will proceed to the next selected entrant in line to participate in the challenge, until the Major Prize is awarded. 2 12. Guesses submitted in any other way may be deemed invalid, subject to the Promoter’s absolute discretion. A prize is not guaranteed if the contestant does not answer the questions correctly. Rules will be stipulated on air by the Promoter, at its absolute discretion. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will judged by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, having regard to creativity, originality, suitability for radio, entertainment value, personality, capacity to perform the relevant challenges and responses/any information provided by Entrant to the Promoter (including the entrant’s response to any questions asked by the Promoter) (Judging Details)] There are up to nine (9) prizes to be won for up to nine (9) winners. Each prize will consist of one (1) double pass to either the Australian Open Women’s Final or one (1) double Australian Open Men’s Final, as specified on air at the time of winning, at the promoter’s discretion. The breakdown of prizes is specified as per below. For winners based in VIC, there are up to nine (9) prizes to be won for up to nine (9) winners. The prizes are: • Tickets the Australian Open Women’s Final or Australian Open Men’s Final, as specified on air at the time of winning, at the promoter’s discretion. o Each prize consists of one (1) double pass to the Australian Open Women’s Finals on Saturday 31st of January, valued up to $569 AUD or one (1) double passes to the Australian Open Men’s Finals on Sunday 1st of February valued up to $1,201 AUD. For winners based in states other than VIC, there is up to one (1) prize to be won for up to one (1) winner. The prizes are: • Tickets the Australian Open Women’s Final or Australian Open Men’s Final, as specified on air at the time of winning, at the promoter’s discretion. o Each prize consists of one (1) double pass to the Australian Open Women’s Finals on Saturday 31st of January, valued up to $569 AUD or one (1) double passes to the Australian Open Men’s Finals on Sunday 1st of February valued up to $1,201 AUD. • A travel voucher to the value of $1,500 AUD Once a winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to win any additional tickets to the same event. Transfers to and from airport (if applicable), transport to and from event, additional spending money, meals, taxes, luggage costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included, and are at the winner’s expense. Ticket allocation and category to be at the discretion of the Promoter. Prize winners will be allocated tickets for an event as specified by the Promoter upon winning a Prize. Ticket dates are not transferable. Winners unable to attend on the selected date as outlined by the Promoter will forfeit their prize. Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter. All prizes are non-transferable. Any Prize that is found to be for sale or on-sold will be cancelled and will not be reissued. No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.
