Entrants must be:

Australian residents and have a registered address in VIC, NT, QLD, NSW, SA, TAS, WA
(c) Contactable by the Promoter.
Validly registered as an iHeart user.
Entrants may enter multiple times, however, entrants must provide different responses to questions
provided by the Promoter, in each entry. There are otherwise no limitations on entries into the Promotion.
Each entrant is only eligible for one prize in the Promotion.
During the Entry Period:
On Air Calls
(a) (b) Entrants may call the station phone number at various times as broadcast on the Station and as
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
Entrants who successfully call the station phone number when solicited to do so by live broadcast on
the Station or otherwise as determined by the Promoter, may be selected by the Promoter to be
included in the Promotion (in accordance with the Judging Details in paragraph 12 below).
Online Registration
Entrant may visit the Stations’ website and complete the online entry form.
General
(a) (b) Entrants may be requested to successfully answer a question/s as specified by the Promoter before
being included as an entrant in the promotion.
If invited by the Promoter, entrants may register via the Stations’ websites, via a nominated app, via
the Promoter’s representatives and street team, via Stations’ SMS text, via social media or other
methods as determined by the Promoter in is discretion.
Phone entry:
a) b) c) Listeners will be invited to call 13 1065 on-air and/or via the iHeart Radio App during a specified
time period and to participate in show segments
Listeners may also be invited via Station on-air commercials; announcer solicits or via social media
to take part in the competition.
Entrants who successfully call 13 10 65 and are selected by the Promoter (in its absolute
discretion) and meet the entry restrictions will receive the opportunity to contest in the
competition. Entrants who make it through on air will be entered into the major draw.
Online entry:
At various times during the Competition Period:
a) Entrants can visit the Station Websites and complete the online entry form by providing their

Entrants who successfully enter and are selected by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) and
meet the entry restrictions will receive the opportunity to contest in the competition. Entrants
who make it through on air will be entered into the major draw.

Conditions
Entrants in the major prize draw, on the day of the draw, must be able to answer their phone on the
number provided. Entrants have a minimum of 5 rings to pick up the phone, to be deemed the winner and
receive the major prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) otherwise The Promoter will
call the next entrant drawn.
If the Entrant does not answer their phone as above, their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line
drops out, they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason (including without limitation any
technical or operator error), the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) select another Entrant in
accordance with the draw details and so on until someone is able to participate on air, at the absolute
discretion of the Promoter.
A person that is put to air, or determined as an on air prize winner cannot pass the telephone call on to
anyone else, and should this occur, any person that is on air or has been passed the phone in this capacity
will not be eligible for a prize, at the discretion of the Promoter.
The draw will take place on Friday 30th January between 16:00pm and 18:00pm.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refrain from broadcasting any call.
The Promoter may contact entrants prior to the Draw to verify eligibility requirements
Winners will be determined by random computerized draw, manual barrel draw of all eligible entrants or by
other method as specified.
Any draw will be notified in writing within seven days of the major prize draw, or unclaimed prize draws.
There is a total of one (1) major prize to be won for up to one (1) winner.

Winners will be notified:
(a) Via phone call
The names of winners for prizes in excess of $250 in SA or $1,000 in ACT or VIC, will be published on the
Website.
Prizes must be claimed as notified by Promoter.
If a prize is not claimed within three months of Monday 2nd February 2026 the winner forfeits the prize.
Promoter may at its sole discretion award a forfeited prize to an alternate winner.
The General Terms and Conditions published by Promoter apply to this Promotion. The Terms and
Conditions of the Promotion comprise this Schedule with the General Terms and Conditions and the
Promotion is at all times subject to and governed by the Terms and Conditions.
