8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Smooth Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Smooth Player App and listen to the radio.
They must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and
competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
AND/OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website and listen to the radio. They must be a
registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via
the tick-box on the registration page.

Prize Draw and Answer a Call Live On-Air
All valid Smooth Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed
into a Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
(a) (b) (c) (d) The Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw and contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn
first in the Prize Draw (Drawn Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number
(and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number)
if the Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded the Prize (in the absolute
and sole discretion of the Promoter);
if the Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible
or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Prize Draw (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
this process will be repeated until a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their phone in
accordance with clause (b) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be one (1) Drawn Entrant deemed a winner and awarded a
Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
• Between 3:00pm AEDT and 8:00pm AEDT on Friday 27 February 2026
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been drawn as a Drawn Entrant or a winner and they may not be invited to appear
on-air or be awarded a Prize.
Replacing Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting
another entrant.
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Draw Details
Clause 4
There will be one (1) draw conducted as follows:
• By 10:00am AEDT Friday 27 February 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be contacted by the Promoters in accordance with the Entry Method.
11. Prize There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:

Clauses 8 – 15 • Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from the
winner’s nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside to Hamilton Island Airport,
Queensland (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges), each valued at up to AUD $500
(incl. GST) (Flights);
• Three (3) x night’s accommodation in a Deluxe Ocean Terrance King Room for the winner
and their companion, inclusive of daily breakfast, checking in on Thursday 7 May 2026 and
checking out on Sunday 10 May 2026, valued at up to AUD $1,173 (incl, GST)
(Accommodation);
• AUD $300 in food and beverage credit at the Daydream Island Resort, valued at up to AUD
$300 (incl. GST) (Food and Beverage);
• One (1) x immersive living reef experience for the winner and their companion, valued at up
to AUD $200 (Experience);
• Return ferries from Hamilton Island to Daydream Island, valued at up to AUD $100 (inc. GST)
(Transfers)
It is the winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
The Prize is valued at up to AUD $2,773 (incl. GST).
12. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on/between
Thursday 7 May 2026 and Sunday 10 May 2026. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the
Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or
schedule changes.

the Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prize at
the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will
be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any venue terms of entry and/or ticket, voucher or accommodation terms and conditions.
No Transfer Component
Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Event.
There is no transfer component as part of the Prize.
Details will be revealed at time of winning
For the avoidance of doubt, the time and date of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of
the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 2:00pm AEST Friday 1 May 2026 at the Promoter’s
premises.
18. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be emailed to the winner in the form of a travel pack containing all tickets, itineraries and
other information required for the Prize.
19. Additional
Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any
costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event
that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
