Competition Terms And Conditions PROMOTION – SPECIFIC RULES Mountain Culture TERMS AND CONDITIONS By entering Mountain Culture Beer Co. & Red Bull’s ‘Win a Red Bull Hardline Tasmania Experience’ competition (the “Competition”), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: GENERAL The Promoter (‘the Promoter’) of this Competition is Mountain Culture Pty Ltd (ABN 92 624 018 999) of 35 David Rd, Emu Plains, NSW 2750. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. WHO CAN ENTER? The Competition is open to all Australian residents who are aged 18 years or older. The competition excludes employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and all companies and agencies associated with this Competition ("Entrants"). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin. Entrants into this Competition must be 18 years of age as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency in order to claim a prize. Requiring proof of identification and residency considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot or will not provide suitable proof (as determined by the Promoter, acting reasonably), the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. COMPETITION PERIOD The Competition commences on 07:00AM AEDT, Saturday 01 November 2025 and concludes on 11:59PM AEDT, Saturday, 31 January 2026 (the “Competition Period”). Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the Competition close date and time, in order to be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including online messages not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Entries via automatic computer generation and not attributable to a valid individual are invalid and will not be accepted. HOW TO ENTER To enter, Entrants must undertake all of the following steps, during the relevant Competition Period: Purchase a Mountain Culture Status Quo in glass at a participating venue in Victoria, Australia. Scan the QR code at the bar and visit the competition entry page here. At the competition entry page, you submit an online entry by completing the entry form (including your full name, email address, phone number, address) In 200 characters or less, provide an answer to: “Tell us your funniest bike stack story.” (the “Competition Question”), and then Submit the fully completed entry form. All entries once made, immediately become the property of the Promoter. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter shall, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the Entrant. All entries shall be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and NOT at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility should an Entrant not have internet access permitting access to and use of the Instagram page. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid, unless the Entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a genuine disability preventing the Entrant from making the entry him or herself. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Competition and/or Promoter. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence with any Entrant regarding the Competition or any aspect of it. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the Promoter. NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED Entrants are entitled to multiple entries per person, in accordance with the entry requirements. DRAW There will be one (1) prize winner selected in this promotion. The Promoter will judge all valid entries and select one (1) winner at Mountain Culture Pty Ltd of 35 David Rd, Emu Plains, NSW 2750. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to draw additional reserve entries in the draw (and record them in order), in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or the Entrant drawn is ineligible. The Winners will be contacted via email by mia@mountainculture.com.au within 5 working days of the winner draw with instructions on how to redeem their prize. This Competition is a game of skill. The most creative and original answers will determine the winners. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. PRIZE One (1) winner will receive a Red Bull Hardline weekend experience for themselves and one person (1) to Maydena, Tasmania from 7th-9th February 2026. The prize includes: Transfers to Red Bull Hardline Tasmania via event shuttle bus leaving from Hobart across Saturday & Sunday. VIP passes to Maydena for 7th & 8th Feb. Red Bull athlete meet & greet + signed merch. Dinner & drinks for one night at MC Hobart Tap house, value up to $100pp. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner and guests must hold valid identification and comply with all travel requirements. Any additional expenses (e.g. travel insurance, incidentals, upgrades) are the responsibility of the winner. Food and beverage for the winner and participant are not provided in this prize. The prize is exclusive to Red Bull Hardline Tasmania and must be claimed across the weekend of 7th-9th February 2026. FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including (without limitation) due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, and (without limitation) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under State or other applicable Regulation or Law. |
