Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who:
(a) are aged 15 or over;
(b) can take the Coles Exclusive prize at the FIFA World Cup 26™ Match 3 - Group B (Canada #1) on 12 June 2026 in Toronto Stadium, Ontario, Canada (Canada);
(c) can take the major prize at the FIFA World Cup 26™ Round 16 Match 91 on 05 July 2026 in New York, United States of America (USA); and
(d) have a current and valid passport that meets the applicable validity requirements. If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the prize is awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian (and if you are a major prize winner your parent or guardian must also be your companion when taking the major prize). By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.

Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in Australia in:
(a) participating retail or grocery (including petrol and convenience) stores where specially marked promotional products (see “Qualifying Purchase” section below) are sold (Stores), which includes:
(i) the online store for Woolworths (www.woolworths.com.au);
(ii) the online store for Coles (www.coles.com.au); and
(iii) the online stores of participating independent grocery Stores; and
(b) the following participating locations where promotional material is displayed:
(i) liquor licenced venues (Venues); and
(ii) Event Cinemas and Village Cinemas (Cinemas).
Purchases made via third party delivery services (e.g. UberEats, Doordash) will be accepted.
Qualifying Purchase
A Qualifying Purchase will be a purchase of any of the following:
In Stores, any of the following specially marked products:
600ml Bottles: Coca‑Cola, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Sprite
1.25L Bottles: Coca‑Cola, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Sprite
250ml x6 Pack Multipack: Coca‑Cola, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar
375ml x24/30/36 Pack Multipack: Coca‑Cola, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar
600ml Bottles: Powerade Mountain Blast, Berry Ice, Blackcurrant, Powerade Zero Mountain Blast, Berry Ice, Powerade Active Water Peach Apple/Lemon Lime/Mango.
In Venues, any jug, glass or 330mL bottle of any of the following Coca‑Cola varieties (as available in the Venue):
Coca‑Cola Classic, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Sprite or Fanta.
In Village Cinemas, any of the following specially marked large size promotional cups:
Coca‑Cola Classic, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Fanta, Raspberry Fanta, Sprite.
In Event Cinemas, any of the following specially marked small size promotional cups:
Coca‑Cola Classic, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Fanta, Lift, Sprite.
Any Cinema cup Qualifying Purchase that is purchased in a participating Cinema via App order for that Cinema will be deemed a Qualifying Purchase.
For the avoidance of doubt, Frozen Coca‑Cola products from any Store, Venue or Cinema are excluded from this promotion.
Entry instructions
To enter, you must:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from either:
(i) a Store, drink the product and locate the unique code on the inside of the Qualifying Purchase label OR if your Qualifying Purchase is a multipack, pull the flaps to open up the cardboard box and look inside for the unique code; OR
(ii) a Venue to receive a scratch card (subject to stocks remaining) and scratch the panel to reveal a unique code; OR
(iii) a Cinema (subject to stocks remaining);
(b) then, during the Competition Period, visit the Website and fill out and submit the online entry form, including:
i. providing the unique code from the Qualifying Purchase (if your Qualifying Purchase is from a Store) or scratch card (if your Qualifying Purchase is from a Venue) (as applicable);
ii. providing details of where you made your purchase; and
iii. providing all other requested information to then see on screen if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and to receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.
For clarity, if your Qualifying Purchase is from a Cinema, you can scan the QR code on the Cinema Cup to visit the Website for the purpose of step (b). If you do not scan the QR code (and visit the Website directly), you must specify that your purchase is from a “Cinema” on the online entry form.
If you have won an instant win prize, you will receive an email with details on how to verify your claim and:
for physical instant win prizes, you will be requested (on screen) to provide your mailing address (for the physical instant win prize to be sent to you, after verification); or
for electronic instant win prizes, the email you receive will also contain details on how to claim your electronic instant win prize.
For Qualifying Purchases from a Coles Store:
If your Qualifying Purchase is from a Coles Store or via Coles Online at www.coles.com.au (each, a Coles Store)(excluding Coles Express) (as submitted in your entry form), you will have the chance to win an instant win prize and receive one entry into the major prize draw (in accordance with step (b)(iii) above). You will also receive one entry into the Coles Exclusive prize draw.
For Qualifying Purchases from other Stores/Venues/Cinemas:
For clarity, if you make a Qualifying Purchase from another Store (aside from a Coles Stores, as set out above) or from a Venue or Village/Event Cinema, you will have the chance to win an instant win prize and you will also receive an entry into the major prize draw (in accordance with step (b)(iii) above).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
There will be a total of 210,000 scratch cards distributed to Venues.
How are instant win prize/s awarded?
All instant win prizes will be determined using a computerised random system.
There are up to 32,260 instant prizes to be awarded.
All instant win prizes will be awarded via pre-determined times set each day throughout the Competition Period, where the first valid entry received on or after a pre-determined time will (provisionally) win an instant win prize. The first valid entry received on or after a pre-determined time will be a (provisional) winner of an instant win prize.

How many drawn winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 4 drawn winners determined in respect of this competition. – 1x Coles Exclusive prize winner, and 3x major prize winners.
There will be 2 draws conducted – 1x Coles Exclusive prize draw and 1x major prize draw.
All draws will take place at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099 commencing from 12pm (AEST) on 07/04/2026.
Coles Exclusive prize draw:
The first valid entry drawn randomly from all of the entries received during the Competition Period where the Qualifying Purchase was made from a Coles Store (including any previous instant winning entries) will win the Coles Exclusive prize.
Major prize draw:
The first 3 valid entries drawn randomly from all of the entries received during the Competition Period (including any previous instant winning entries and entries (including winning entries) into the Coles Exclusive prize draws) will each win a major prize.
There is a limit of one major prize per person (except for SA residents).
For the avoidance of doubt, if you win a Coles Exclusive prize, you can also win a maximum of one major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

If you win the Coles Exclusive prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 1 adult companion to attend the FIFA World Cup 26™ Match 3 - Group B (Canada #1) on Friday, 12 June 2026 in Toronto at Toronto Stadium, Ontario, Canada valued at $27,800 depending on the winner’s point of departure, which includes the following for you and your companion:
(a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to Toronto, Canada and return transfers between Toronto Pearson International airport and the accommodation;
(b) 3 nights’ accommodation in a 4-5 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter) which includes 2x amenity kits and access to the private Coca‑Cola Lounge within the hotel;
(c) Half day Toronto City Tour;

The travel prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
By accepting or participating in the major prize, you must ensure that your companion is provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions, and that your companion complies at all times with these Terms and Conditions.
Additional terms and conditions for all travel prizes:
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.
All bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure dates.
All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd (ABN 96 101 233 569) (Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd) or their agents.
Redeeming a travel prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
No portion of a travel prize is redeemable for cash. Travel prize/s are non- refundable or transferable.
In the event a travel prize winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
A travel prize winner and their companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
A travel prize winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The travel prize winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated.
Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of a travel prize winner and their nominated traveling companion as incurred.
It is the travel prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
The travel prize winner and their companion must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
The total instant win prize pool is valued at up to $1,036,585.
The total Coles Exclusive prize pool is valued at up to $27,800.
The total major prize pool is valued at up to $86,100.
The overall total prize pool (including the instant win, Coles Exclusive, and major prizes) is valued at up to $1,150,485.

How many times can I enter?
You can enter up to 3 times per day during the Competition Period, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per unique code (where applicable).
Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when will the winner/s be informed?
For all instant win prizes, winners will be notified instantly on screen at the time of entering if they have provisionally won a prize.
If you have won an instant win prize, you will receive an email with details on how to verify your claim and:
for physical instant win prizes, you will be requested (on screen) to provide your Australian mailing address (for the physical instant win prize to be sent to you, after verification); or
for electronic instant win prizes, the email you receive will also contain details on how to claim your electronic instant win prize.
The Coles Exclusive prize winner and major prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination.
All winners of prizes over $250 will have their last name, first name initial and postcode published on the Website on 21/04/2026 for a period of 28 days.

Proof of purchase
You must keep your unique code/s as proof of purchase for all entries (as applicable to your Qualifying Purchase).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.

Unclaimed prize/s
Prize claim date for all prizes: By 5pm (AEST) on 28/04/2026.
Any instant win prizes that are unwon (at the end of Competition Period) or are unclaimed (by the prize claim date above) will be forfeited (excluding the Coca‑Cola x FIFA branded Mini Fridge (Mini Fridge)).
All of the unclaimed prizes draws will take place at the same location as the original draws.
Mini Fridge unclaimed prize determination: 11.30am (AEST) on 29/04/2026.
If a Mini Fridge instant win prize remains unwon at the end of the Competition Period, or has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a Mini Fridge prize winner (or if a Mini Fridge prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an Mini Fridge unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the Mini Fridge prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize.
Coles Exclusive unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AEST) on 29/04/2026.
If a Coles Exclusive prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact an original Coles Exclusive winner (or such winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant Coles Exclusive prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the Coles Exclusive prize to a valid entrant who (if possible) has not already won an unclaimed prize. This unclaimed prize draw will only include valid entries that were received during the Competition Period where the Qualifying Purchase was made from a Coles Store.
Major prize unclaimed prize determination: 1pm (AEST) on 29/04/2026.
If a major prize has not be accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a major prize winner (or if a major prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant major prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed major prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the major prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize.
Any such winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 06/05/2026 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 29/05/2026.

Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your/your companion’s personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your/your companion’s’ personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companion’s personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companion or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore.
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.
