Participation in this “Win 1 of 10 $1,000 Ticketmaster Gift Cards” Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ELIGIBILITY 2. Subject to conditions 3 and 4 of these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents (excluding NT & TAS) aged 16 years or over. 3. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion. 4. Tickets and seating which a Gift Card may be used to purchase are subject to booking and availability. 16. Any additional costs that are associated with taking the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from a venue, food and beverage costs, spending money, or transfers. 17. All tickets purchased using a Gift Card are subject to the event, venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The winner (and/or his/her companion/s) are responsible for complying with any such conditions, whilst participating in any element of the prize. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW 18. A draw for any prizes that remain unclaimed will take place on 02/06/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw, and will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) on The App on 04/06/2026. Any winners in the unclaimed prize draw must claim their prize by 02/07/2026. GENERAL 19. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 20. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 21. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. 22. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize or an element of a prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. 23. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. 24. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 25. Total prize pool value is $10,000. 26. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 27.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided underconsumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non- Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter, the Scentre Group of companies exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion. 32. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter, the Scentre Group of companies, Live Nation Australasia Pty Ltd and Ticketmaster Australasia Pty Ltd are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or an indemnified party; (f) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (g) taking of a prize. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities.
