TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the Sunrise x Subaru Car Giveaway 2026 (“Competition”), you agree to the following terms
and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Subject to clause 2.2, 2.5 and 2.6, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and
older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Subaru (Aust) Pty Limited (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and
companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter,
Subaru dealerships, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are
directly associated with the conduct of the promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether
by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt,
niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
Winner must hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver License to claim the Prize. If
Winner does not hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver License, the Prize will be
awarded to a person nominated by the Winner (“Winner Nominee”). The Winner Nominee must be aged 18 years or over and have a current unrestricted Australian Driver
License to be eligible to claim the Prize.
To be eligible to enter, entrants must be home and available on Friday 13th February 2026 between 7:00am and 9:00am AEDT for a Live door knock on the Sunrise broadcast. If the Winner
is unable to do so, they will be deemed invalid and forfeit all rights to the Prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 3.2 3.3 The competition commences on Friday 6th February 2026 at 5:30am AEDT and concludes on
Thursday 12th February 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and
postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page
[Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “In 25 words or less, tell us why the All Wheel
Drive Subaru Forester Hybrid is your perfect adventure companion?”
• Tick the check box, confirming they will be home and available on Friday 13th February 2026
between 7:00am and 9:00am AEDT for a Live door knock on the Sunrise broadcast.
Entries must be received by Thursday 12th February 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT.
3.4 Entrants are limited to one entry, per person, per day.
3.5 The entry must be:

(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
other parties.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not
be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter and Sponsor a
perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide
and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity,
will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s
sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
