Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

visit www.cellarbrations.com.au/spin-to-win, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details as requested and select the tick box to agree to receive marketing material from the Promoter; and
play the virtual spin the wheel game as prompted.

Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon playing the virtual spin the wheel game. All entries (including the Instant Prize winners) will also be entered into the draw.

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.

‘Bonus Day’: During the Promotional Period, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, conduct bonus entry periods. During these periods, entrants may be awarded additional entry(ies) into the draw and/or additional opportunities to play for an instant prize. The Promoter may also offer these bonus entry periods exclusively to Cellarbrations Top Drops Rewards members. The timing, duration, and conditions of these bonus entry periods will be determined by the Promoter and communicated to entrants at the Promoter's discretion.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

limit one (1) initial entry permitted per person per day (plus any bonus entry/entries on offer as indicated); and
each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Draw Prize. This prize limit does not apply to SA residents.
Winner Determination:

The draw will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia at 11:00 am AEDT on 27/03/26 using computerised random selection.
The first three (3) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the Draw Prizes specified below.
In the case of multiple prizes, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value (and in the order listed below).
The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is
drawn.

If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

Instant Win Prizes:
Instant Prize winners will be notified immediately if they have won on screen upon playing the virtual spin the wheel game.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are valued at more than $100 will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.
Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

Further Prize Details:
Travel Prize (Draw Prizes 1 and 2):
Travel must be taken to coincide with the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue Competition (exact date to be finalised by the organisers but tentative date is on 11/10/26 as at 30/10/25) (in the case of Draw Prize 1) OR within twelve (12) months of winner notification (in the case of Draw Prize 2). In the case of Draw Prize 2, prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
In the case of Draw Prize 1, the winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included. In the case of Draw Prize 1, passports and visas are also not included in the prize.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
Draw Prize 1 Spending Money: The winner must provide their Australian bank account details to the Promoter for the prize to be awarded.

Event Prizes:
Prizes include tickets to the following events (each an ‘Event’):
Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue Competition Day 2 event at Lynchburg, Tennessee (exact date to be finalised by the organisers but tentative date is on 11/10/26 as at 30/10/25) (Draw Prize 1);
the winner’s sport of choice at Optus Stadium (Draw Prize 2 – Option 1); OR
the winner’s sport of choice at the MCG Stadium (Draw Prize 2 – Option 2).
The Event tickets are subject to the organiser’s terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or their companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
All costs associated with travel to and from the Event will be the responsibility of the winner and their companion (unless otherwise already specified in the prize description above).

General Voucher and Gift Card Prizes:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher/gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher/gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher/gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified with the voucher/gift
card.

Unclaimed Prizes:
Draw Prize(s) and Instant Prize 1 prize(s) must be claimed by 10:30 am AEST on 28/04/26. In the event of any unclaimed Draw Prize(s) and/or Instant Prize 1 prize(s), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 28/04/26. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing and published at www.cellarbrations.com.au/good-shout-winners by 05/05/26. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
