Three Minor Prize Draws:

The draws for a key and $1000 will be conducted from 4:30pm on Sunday 18 January, 15 February and 15 March at the Tewantin Noosa RSL & Citizens Memorial Club.

All virtual tickets will automatically be entered into all three draws – 4:30pm on Sunday 18 January, 15 February & 15 March for the chance to win a key to the major prize.

The three draw winners will then choose a key with the 18 January draw winner having first choice of key, 15 February winner having second choice or key and 15 March draw winner receiving the remaining key.

After the key allocation on 15 March each minor draw winner will try their key in the lock with the key that opens the lock being the winner of the Major Prize.

Promotion Terms and Conditions
1) Participation in the promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions and
includes all information we provide on how to enter and prizes available. By
submitting an entry into the Promotion, you are indicating to us that you agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and
conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win.
2) The Promoter is Tewantin Noosa RSL, ABN: 26 697 712 553, Address: 1 Memorial
Avenue, Tewantin QLD 4565 Australia
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
3) The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on 18th December 2025 and ends at
4:30pm AEST on Sunday 15 March 2026.
4) Minor Draws for $1000 and a key are at
ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
5) You are eligible to enter the competition if you are:
a) a current financial member of Tewantin Noosa RSL & Citizens Memorial Club Inc;
b) aged 18 years or over; and
c) not an ineligible person.
INELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
6) Ineligible Person means,
a) a member of the management committee of the eligible association conducting
the promotion
b) directly engaged in conducting the draw of the promotion
c) the eligible association conducting the promotion
d) a member of the immediate family of a person mentioned in (a) or (b).
“Immediate family’, for a person, means the person’s spouse and family
members residing at the same premises as the person
e) an employee of the association conducting the promotion
f) all ex-employees who have worked within the Tewantin Noosa RSL for a period of
12 months prior to ensure a disconnect from the running of the promotion
HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTON
7) To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period and prior to the
relevant draw dates:
a) Spend $10 at any POS terminal in venue
b) $50 turnover at any electronic gaming machine (EGM) in venue

11) A minor prize winner cannot win more than one minor prize.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION
12) Minor Prizes: Key Draw – $1000 cash and a key for the major prize draw (key will
not be provided until Major draw on 15 March)
13) Major Prize: a 2024 Sea Doo Fish Pro Trophy Jetski and trailer including 12 months
QLD registration on jetski and trailer and accessories valued at $34,900.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
14) No exchange of prizes for cash.
15) Insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the
winner.
16) The winner must complete vehicle registration before claiming the prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION
17) The draws for a key and $1000 will be conducted from 4:30pm on Sunday 18
January, 15 February and 15 March at the Tewantin Noosa RSL & Citizens Memorial
Club.
18) The winner must be present at the Tewantin Noosa RSL & Citizens Memorial Club
and present to the Raffle/Promo area in-between the Quarter Deck, Diggers Bar
and Reception area at the time of the announcement within 2 minutes to claim their
prize.
19) If the winner is not present another draw will take place until a valid winner is
present.
20) The winner must provide their membership card or identification as proof they the
winning member.
21) The Promoter will not accept any other claimants on behalf of the winner, such as
spouses, family, friends or colleagues.
22) The winner will be notified via broadcast throughout the premises.
23) All winners must, at the Promoters request, participate in all promotional activity
(such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of
charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in
promotional material.
24) The winner of minor prizes will be able to collect the minor prize on the night
25) The winner of the major prize will be able to collect their prize the following
business day.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
26) The winner will have two (2) minutes to claim the prize. If the prize has not been
claimed within two (2) minutes, there will be a redraw.

27) The redraw will continue for a maximum of one (1) hour to 5:30pm.
28) If the prize remains unclaimed at 5:30pm, the next ticket drawn will be deemed the
winner regardless of if the member is present or not. A representative of the Club
will contact the winning member on the next business day based on contact details
in the member database.
PUBLICITY
29) Eligible Entrants consent to the Promotor using their name and image in promotional
material.
30) The prize winner’s name may be published on The Tewantin Noosa RSL Club
Website. By entering the competition, entrants grant The Tewantin Noosa RSL Club
permission to use their full name and suburb on its website for up to six months
from the date of the draw.
PRIVACY
31) All personal information submitted by an entrant for the purposes of a promotion will
be governed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A copy of the Promotors
Privacy Policy is available upon request.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
32) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion,
including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any prize claim
that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt
by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any
tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
33) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit
further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits
from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition
or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
34) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted
by law to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
35) You can join as a financial member of Tewantin Noosa RSL & Citizens Memorial Club
and enter the Promotion on the same day.
36) The Tewantin Noosa RSL & Citizens Memorial Club decision will be final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.
37) The promotor advocates the responsible service of alcohol. The promoter encourages
