By entering the The Morning Show x Matteo Bocelli Ticket Giveaway (“Competition”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.4, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and
older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), TEG Van Egmond (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and
any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
To be eligible to enter, entrants must be able to travel to the relevant location on the dates
listed in clause 4.1 for the prize concert in their home city. If the Winner for that state is unable
to do so, they will be deemed invalid and forfeit all rights to the Prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 3.2 3.3 3.4 The competition commences on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 5:30am AEDT and concludes on
Thursday 12th February 2026 at 3:00pm AEDT (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the The Morning Show website and register their full name, address (including state
and postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page
[https://7news.com.au/the-morning-show] and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “In 25 words or less, tell us why you or
someone you love deserves to fall in love with Matteo Bocelli LIVE this April & May?”
• Choose their state’s show in the dropdown menu
• Tick the check box, confirming they are available to complete the Prize travel to the concert
in their city on the correct date (details found in the Terms and Conditions)
Entries must be received by Thursday 12th February 2026 at 3:00pm AEDT
Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by

Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not
be returned to the entrant. The Winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable
and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winners will not
be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity,
will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s
sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Five (5) Prize Winners of the Competition (“Winners”), one Prize Winner per
state. The Winners will be awarded the following prize (“Prize”):

4.2 4.3 4.4 4.5 4.6 4.7 4.8 4.9 4.10 4.11 The total prize pool is valued at up to $1,514.95 (including GST). The Promoter or Sponsor
accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and
the ultimate redemption date. .
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included. These are the
responsibilities of the Winners.
The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be
taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winners are not
entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used
in conjunction with any other special offer.
The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for
any variation in the Prize values. The Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from
winning the Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of
the Prize and the Promotor and Sponsor accept no liability for any tax implications that may
arise from claiming the Prize.
In acceptance of the Prize, the Winners acknowledge that they may incur ongoing costs
associated with the Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winners.

The Prize is only valid for the concert dates listed in the table in clause 4.1. If a Winner is
unable to attend their state’s concert on the relevant date, for the full duration of the concert,
they will forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
The Winners must be aged 18 years and above.
If the Winner’s companion is under the age of 18, the Winner’s companion must be supervised
by a parent or guardian aged 18 years or older for the duration of the prize concert.
The prize does not include and neither the Prize Supplier or Promoter are responsible for any transport, travel, accommodation or other related expenses that could be incurred for the
Winners to attend any aspect of the prize. Any and all transport travel, flight and
accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the Winners.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling
of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winners or any travelling companion(s)
as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winners.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of
use of the Prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
Personal information about the Prize Winners will be shared with the Sponsor, and their
agents, to the extent necessary for the Prize to be fulfilled to the Winners.
The Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s
contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify
the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be
directed to the Promoter.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners may be required to sign a legal release
in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all
editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed
and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to
use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled
to any fee for such use.
The Winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or
photographs to any media or other organization other than the Promoter.
Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these
terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter, the Prize Supplier and their associated agencies and companies or any
organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation
as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or
other issues that may exist at any destination.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 5.2 5.3 There will be Five (5) Prize Winners (“Winners”) of the Competition.
Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all
details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
The Winners will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by

Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Winners’ names will be published on the The Morning Show website within two (2)
business days of judging. The Winners will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2)
business days of the publication. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a
Winner not claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 16th April 2026. If required, a re-
judging will take place at 10:30am AEDT on Thursday 16th April 2026 at Seven Network Media
City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The alternative Winners, if any, will be notified in
writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name.
