Start Date: 6:00pm AEDT on 15/02/2026
End Date: 11:59pm AEDT on 19/02/2026
Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are not ineligible to
enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).
To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Watch Nine News and locate the Daily Codeword during the program;
2. Visit www.9news.com.au/subaru2026 and follow the prompts to the promotion
entry page;
3. Input the requested details and the relevant Daily Codeword;
4. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question,
“Why would
you like to win a Subaru Forester AWD Hybrid Touring?”; and
5. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Entrants must input the correct daily codeword for the day they submit their
entry.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted
per code; (b) each entry must be submitted substantially unique; and (c) each entry
must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
This is a Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW
2060 on 20/02/2026 at 10:00am AEDT. The Winner will be the Entrant who has
most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the
right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best,
and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

The Winner will be notified by phone within two (2) business days from the judging
date.
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a Subaru Forester
AWD Hybrid Touring with automatic transmission. Total prize value is from
AU$61,990 including 12-month registration, compulsory third party insurance,
stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State).
Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the
responsibility of the Winner.
If the Winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the
car in their own name, then the Winner may assign the car to another person
(who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of
registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements
between the Winner and the assignee. The Winner must provide the Promoter
with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter
before the car is awarded.

The Prize value is the manufacturer's recommended retail driveaway
price (“RDP”). The quoted RDP is an estimate based on the postcode
selected by the Winner. RDP may change based on location. RDP is
not applicable to business or government buyers. Final on road costs
may vary according to individual circumstances and actual driveaway
price may vary.
Subaru Australia will make every effort to accommodate the Winner’s
preferred exterior colour, subject to stock availability and the Winner’s
location when supplying the final vehicle.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not come with
comprehensive car insurance as this is the responsibility of the
Winner and in no way are the Promoter or Prize Supplier liable for any
damage to the vehicle or third parties (including their property)
following delivery of the vehicle. All expenses associated with
collection will be at the Winner's cost. We will endeavour to deliver the
Prize to a dealership closest to the Prize Winner and will not pay for
