Entries into the Competition will be limited to one (1) entry per person so that each entrant has a random and equal chance to be drawn. Best&Less is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries.

The opening date for the Competition is 12am (AEST) on Thursday 12th February 2026 and the closing date is 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 25th February 2026 (“Competition Period”). For eligible entry into the Competition, all entries must be received by Best&Less within the Competition Period and Best&Less will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, the Best&Less reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. The Best&Less’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transfers, meals, insurance or any other ancillary costs. All expenses incurred in taking and using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Winner selection – The Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The draw will take place on at [13:00pm AEST] on [ Friday 27th February 2026] (“Draw Date") at [4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138] and will be drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period (“The Winner”).

The Winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw Date. If the Winner does not have a valid opted-in email address or phone and cannot be contacted via email or phone, Best&Less may select and contact a new Winner. The Winner will be published including first name, last name and postcode on www.bestandless.com.au from Friday 27th February 2026 for a period of at least 28 days.

The prize must be claimed by 4:00pm AEST on Friday 13th March 2026. If the prize is not claimed by this time and date, an unclaimed prize draw will be carried out on [2:00pm AEST on Monday 30th March 2026] at 4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138 (“Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw Date”).

The Winner of the Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw will be published including first name, last name and postcode on www.bestandless.com.au from Monday 30th March 2026 for a period of at least 28 days. If the Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw remains unclaimed for 28 days, a redraw will occur at [2:00pm AEST on Tuesday 28 April 2026].

The Winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw Date. The Winner will be published including first name, last name and postcode on www.bestandless.com.au from Tuesday 28 April 2026 for a period of at least 28 days. If any person first chosen as a Winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified, and another entrant will be selected as a replacement winner.

7. Costs and expenses – You will be responsible for all costs in relation to entering the Competition and redeeming the Prize. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from the Prize and independent financial advice should be obtained prior to acceptance of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transfers, meals, insurance or any other ancillary costs. All expenses incurred in taking and using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

8. Modification of terms – Subject to relevant regulatory approval, Best&Less reserves the right to modify, discontinue or extend this Competition at any time and will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of changes where practical. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. However, Best&Less reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal value in the unlikely event beyond its reasonable control that the Prize becomes unavailable. If you are not able to take the Prize as stated, you will forfeit the Prize, and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.

9. Privacy – Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this Competition (including for the purpose of conducting, promoting, publication and facilitation of any prizes for the Competition and to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities) and you consent to such use by Best&Less. Best & less will otherwise ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with the Best&Less privacy policy which can be found at www.bestandless.com.au/privacypolicy

Proof of identity (including but not limited to) name, address, email address, phone number, licence details and other applicable information of the Winner must be provided to Best&Less upon request and may be shared for the purpose of prize fulfilment (i.e. vehicle registration).

10. Disqualification – Best&Less reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and identity of entrants and to disqualify any entrant if it has reason to believe the entrant has breached or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, infringes a third party’s intellectual property or engages in misleading or fraudulent behaviour.

11. Legal – You enter the Competition at your own risk. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge and accept that Best&Less disclaims all liability to the extent permitted by law, and agree to release and hold harmless Best&Less and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, loss, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with any personal injury, loss or damage, errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays connected to or as a result of entry into the Competition, relating to the delivery of the Prize, or use of the Prize (except in the case of negligence or error on the part of Best&Less, any breach of any express term of these Terms and Conditions by Best&Less or any liability which cannot be excluded by law including as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law).

The Prize is provided ‘as is' and supplied and delivered by a third party, and Best&Less makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, safety or fitness for purpose of the Prize. Any defects, faults, or issues with the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the third-party supplier. The Prize is used entirely at the Winner’s own discretion and risk.

12. Jurisdiction - Any dispute relating to this Competition shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.

13. Australian Consumer Law – Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protections laws in Australia.
