Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promoter is Winning Appliances Pty Limited, ABN 94 002 193 688 (Appliances Online).

2. The Competition commences at 00:01am (AEST) on 20/02/2026 and concludes at 23.59pm (AEST) on 26/02/2026 (Competition Period). Winners of Ninja Creami Deluxe Giveaway with Appliances Online will be drawn by computerised random selection at 12:00pm (AEST) on 02/03/2026 at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks St, Redfern NSW (Winner).

3. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, staff, officers, directors (and their immediate families) of Appliances Online agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Competition, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Competition, businesses involved in the management of the Competition, any organisation benefiting from the Competition, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter the Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

4. Information on the offer and how to enter the Competition form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (Competition Terms).

5. To enter the Competition, participants are required to:

(a) Fully complete and submit the online entry form for the Competition within the competition entry portal;

(b) Subscribe to our email newsletter via https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/

(c) Follow us on Instagram @appliancesonline.com.au and/or Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/AppliancesOnline.com.au/.

6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their surname, first initial and postcode on the Appliances Online Website https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/ within 30 days of the prize draw, should they be declared a Winner.

7. Appliances Online is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Appliances Online is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.

9. The Competition is a game of chance. Skill has no effect on the overall result.

10. There is 1 (one) Winner. Appliances Online’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Winner will be notified by Appliances Online by 04/03/2026 via an email from an Appliances Online representative. It is the entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If a Winner does not contact Appliances Online by email or phone within fourteen (14) days of being notified they are a prize Winner, they will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be selected and notified.

12. Appliances Online reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original Winner.

13. The prize will consist of one (1) Ninja Creami Deluxe Ice Cream Maker NC501 with a Recommended Retail Price of $500 (including GST).

14. If the Prize is not claimed by 19/03/2026, another winner (New Winner) will be selected on [DATE] at 12pm (AEDT) at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW (Prize Redraw). The New Winner will be notified by Appliances Online by 20/03/2026 via email from an Appliances Online representative. The New Winner agrees to the publication of their last name, first initial and postcode on the Appliances Online Website https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/ within 30 days of the Prize Redraw.

15. By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Appliances Online relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the Prize.

16. Each Winner acknowledges that delivery of the Prize may be impacted by possible delays depending on the location of the Winner’s nominated delivery address.

17. All decisions of Appliances Online are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.

18. Appliances Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Competition Terms or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Appliances Online to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

19. Appliances Online reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Competition or Competition Terms subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

20. Nothing in the Competition Terms limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any provision of relevant legislation including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Appliances Online (including its Related Bodies Corporate, their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Appliance Online’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Appliances Online; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in the Competition Terms ; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) acceptance or use of a Prize.

22. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Appliances Online. Appliances Online collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant agrees that Appliances Online may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that Appliances Online may publish or cause to be published the Winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.

23. All entries must be submitted in accordance with all relevant laws, including that the entrant warrants that they own copyright in the entry, or have relevant consents or licences to use the copyright material from the rightful owner.

24. A copy of Appliances Online Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
