1. Eligibility

    This promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
    Employees of Mytopia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

    Starts: 28 January 2026
    Ends: 11:59 PM AEST on 25th February 2026
    Entries received after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

    Customers automatically receive one entry per purchase made during the promotion period.
    No minimum spend is required.
    Multiple purchases may result in multiple entries.
    Purchases must be completed through the official website: www.mytopia.com.au
    If an order is cancelled or refunded, the entry associated with that order will be void.

4. Prize

    The prize is one (1) e-scooter: VALK Electric Scooter with Seat, Disc brakes, 12" Tyres, AU Compliant, for Adults, Teens, Commuter, Black
    Prize value: AUD $774
    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

    The winner will be announced on 4th March 2026 via our website: www.mytopia.com.au
    The winner will also be contacted directly via email or phone within 2 business days.
    If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.

6. Excluded Delivery Areas

    The prize will be delivered free of charge to addresses within Australia where standard courier delivery is available.
    Delivery is not available to locations that are classified by our courier partners as undeliverable or outside standard service zones.
    If the selected winner resides in a location where delivery cannot be arranged, Mytopia reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another eligible winner.

7. General Conditions

    By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Mytopia, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
