Promotion NRL Volunteer of The Year Competition

Promotional Period Start Date: 01/03/2026 at 7:00am AEDT
End Date: 19/09/2026 at 11:59pm AEST
Eligible entrants Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).
Entry Method To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit www.todayshow.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less specifying the NRL Volunteer they are
nominating and why they deserve to be our NRL Volunteer of the Year; and
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Entrants warrant that they have consent from their NRL Volunteer nominee to provide their personal information to nominate them for this promotion.

Only one (1) entry is permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period.

Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Entries will be divided into eight groups for judging depending on the month
of entry (“Monthly Entry Period”). Entries close for each Monthly Entry Period
at 11:59pm AEDT/AEST on the dates in the table below. Judging will take place
by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 at 10:00am
AEDT/AEST on the dates in the table below. The Winner of each Monthly Entry
Period will be the Entrant who demonstrates that their NRL Volunteer nominee is
the most deserving of the prize. The Promoter will also select one (1) overall
winner from all Monthly Entry Period winners at the judging address above at
10:00am AEST on 28/09/2026, which will be awarded the Major Title (defined
below). The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that
it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an
invalid entry or ineligible Entrant. Non-winning entries from each Monthly Entry
Period will place placed into any subsequent Monthly Entry Period/s.

Number of Winners: Eight.

Winner Notification Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days from the relevant judging date.

Prize: The best valid entry from each Monthly Entry Period, as determined by the judges, will each win the opportunity to have their nominated NRL Volunteer and their respective NRL Club (“Participants”) to feature live on TODAY (“Live Cross”).

The best winning entry and their nominated NRL Volunteer from all eight  winning entries as described above will be awarded the title of “NRL Volunteer of the Year.
