Who can enter? Only Australian residents who:
(a) are aged 18 or over; and
(b) who can travel to Singapore and take the Audi Revolut F1 Team Experience
for 2 in Singapore from 09/10/2026 to 11/10/2026 (inclusive); and
(c) is a member of the BP Rewards loyalty program (BP Rewards) with a
registered BP Rewards card or BP Rewards-linked Qantas Frequent Flyer
Card,
(Eligible Participants).
Membership of the BP Rewards program (and, consequently, participation in this
Promotion) is subject to the terms and conditions which apply to the BP Rewards
program available at www.bprewards.com.au/terms-and-conditions, as amended from
time to time.
Who can’t enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter;
(b) any companies or Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government
agencies where the rules or guidelines applicable to such company or agency
prohibit receipt of a prize;
(c) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this
Promotion; and
(d) a person who is not an Eligible Participant.

BPme app The BPme app is the official BP Australia app available via the Apple App Store
Spend $20 AUD or more on any fuel or shop or fuel & shop purchase (exclusions
apply, including, without limitation, any tobacco product and gift cards) in one
transaction (excluding bp plus transactions), and scan a valid BP Rewards card (or
a BP Rewards-linked Qantas Frequent Flyer card) or pay via the BPme app for one
entry from a participating Store.
To automatically receive an entry, you must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) If you are not already a registered BP Rewards member, become a
member of the BP Rewards membership program (if not already a member)
by:
(i) visiting either:
(A) the BP Rewards Website or by downloading the BPme
app; or
(B) the Qantas Frequent Flyer Website, then
(ii) registering with BP Rewards and completing verification; and then
(b) make a Qualifying Purchase from a participating Store and at the time of
making your purchase, scan your registered BP Rewards card or BP Rewards
linked Qantas Frequent Flyer Card at the register in Store.
OR
(a) If you are already a registered BP Rewards member, make a Qualifying
Purchase via BPme or from a participating Store and at the same time as
making your purchase, scan your registered BP Rewards card or BP Rewards
linked Qantas Frequent Flyer Card at the register in Store.
You will receive 1 entry each per qualified purchase.
Where you wish to enter the competition using BPme please check with the Store prior to
making any purchase to confirm whether it is a participating BPme enabled store. For the
Promoter to receive your automatic entry, the Promoter must process the sales data in
respect of the BPme app. There may be a delay between the time you make your
Qualifying Purchase and the time the Promoter receives your entry
There will be three prize winners determined in respect of the promotion.
There will be only 1 draw conducted.
The draw will be conducted at the end of the Competition Period at 12pm (AEST/AEDT
as relevant) on 14/05/2026 at Roilti Pty Ltd, Suite 51A/23 Norton St, Leichhardt NSW
2040 (Roilti) based on the following ‘Entry Period’: From 12.01am (AEST/AEDT as
relevant) on 04/03/2026 to 11.59pm (AEST/AEDT as relevant) on 05/05/2026 (inclusive)
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (10x) in the draw and record them in
order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or prize is unclaimed (Reserve
Entrants).

There is a limit of 1 prize per person.
Audi Revolut F1 Team Experience for 2 in Singapore
Prize Value: Up to AUD $20,000 per prize (subject to pricing and other factors at the time
of booking). Travel Dates: Between 07/10/2026 to 12/10/2026 (inclusive).
Each Prize includes:
(a) Return Economy Airfares for two (2) adults (1 winner and 1 companion) from
the winners nearest Australian capital city to Singapore;
(b) Five (5) Nights’ Accommodation in a twin-share room;
(c) Two (2) Tickets to the Singapore F1 Grand Prix including Grand Stand
passes and Audi driver meet-and-greet during the travel period; and
(d) Spending Money AUD $500 per prize, provided as a Virtual Visa Gift Car
Travel insurance is not included.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners and their companion accept the
conditions associated with the Visa Card. Please see Visa Card Terms & Conditions.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is
unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or
other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed
to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the
conditions of use of that prize.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
For the avoidance of doubt:
• winners and their companion must hold a current and valid passport with a
minimum of 6 months' validity at date of travel for the prize;
• winners and their companion must make their own way to and from the winner’s
closest Australian capital city airport at their own expense;
• winners and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they meet any
visa or entry requirements for travel to Singapore; and
• the prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to any
travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the
like including any restrictions that may be specified by the Promoter.
By accepting or participating in the prize, you must ensure that your companion accepts,
and complies at all times with, these Terms and Conditions

How and when
will the winner/s
be informed?
Provisional winners will be notified in writing by email within 7 days of determination,
acknowledging their entry and informing them if they have provisionally won a prize and if
so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize.
Winners will have their last name, first name initial and postcode published on the BP
Rewards Website on 25/05/2026 for a period of 28 days.
Any un-won or unclaimed prizes will be included in the unclaimed and un-won prize draw.

Unclaimed and un-won prize determination: 12pm (AEST/AEDT as relevant) on
22/06/2026 at the same location as the original draws.
If a prize is un-won or has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or
if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner
does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will
be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed and un-won prize draw at the
date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s amongst valid
entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed or un-won prize.
Any winners will be informed in writing by email or by phone within 7 days of
determination any major winners will also have their last name, first name initial and
postcode published on the Website on 30/06/2026 for a period of 28 days.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in order,
in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid (Reserve Entrants).
Unwon Prize Claim Date: By 5pm (AEST/AEDT as relevant) on 28/07/2026.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be
found, that information will be published on the BP Rewards Website on 07/08/2026.
Collection and
use of your
personal
information
If you are a winner, the Promoter may ask you/your companion to take part in some
publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without
any compensation. You/your companions’ consent to the Promoter using your name and
image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter collects personal information about you/your companions in order to
conduct and manage the competition. If the personal information requested is not
provided, you/they may not be able to participate. The Promoter may also use your
personal information to help improve its goods and services. The Promoter may share
your personal information with the Promoter’s franchised dealers, related companies,
agents, contractors or promotional partners. The Promoter and its Australian related
companies and promotional partners may contact you with special offers and marketing
via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (including
email and SMS) provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter
includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends
you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that
the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By
entering and providing personal information, you consent to the use of your personal
information in this manner and you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the
Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct
of this competition. Where BP holds personal information about you that it has collected
from different sources, BP may combine this personal information into a single record or
collection of linked records. Your personal information may be disclosed to overseas
locations such as New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Malaysia, the Philippines and India.
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://bprewards.com.au/privacy-statement)
states:
(a) how you/your companion can seek access to the personal information the
Promoter holds and seek the correction of such information; and
(b) how you/your companions can complain about a breach of privacy and how the
Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

Entry
2 Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when
received by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks
outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you
enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email
addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Prizes
3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be
altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.
If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any
alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by
the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:
a. validity period/s;
b. booking and availability of any flights, accommodation and events;
c. conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour
requirements, health and safety requirements and applicable dress codes);
d. conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
e. travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
f. any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a
travel/event prize after it has been booked;
g. the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified,
including a current and valid passport and any visas required;
h. a requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be
accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times; and
a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.
You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport,
insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, costs associated with ongoing use
of the prize, etc. Tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Promoter
does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner must keep their tickets safe and the
Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose
to, or choose not to, share a prize.
Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities
awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason beyond the
Promoter's reasonable control. In that case you/your companion forfeit your entitlement to that
event/activity and the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any
necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. Similarly, while the Promoter will make all
reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any specified celebrity/ies in the prize element/s, the
Promoter and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if for any reason the
celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of
the Promoter and prize suppliers (e.g. illness). Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not
be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.
The Virtual Visa Gift Card (“Visa Card”) is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as
Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 (‘Heritage’) pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd.
Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 (‘Blackhawk’) is Heritage’s program manager

conditions/. Visa Card balance, transaction history and important notices about your Visa Card are
available, free of charge, at www.myprepaidcentre.com.au or by calling 1800 778 619. The Visa Card
is valid for 36 months from date of issue. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa Card
are not included. Any unused balance of the Visa Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the
Visa Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Visa
Card.
Any material failure by you or your companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize
supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the
prize supplier(s).
You and your companion accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the
prize may involve dangerous activities. You/your companion must, if required by the Promoter, sign
disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties
before taking the prize. If you or any companion do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you
will lose any entitlement to a prize.
If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially, your
entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any
time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the
validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity,
age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights
at any stage does not waive those rights.
You must not:
a. tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots,
script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
b. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
c.
act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
d. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related
entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
e. breach any law; or
f.
behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

Where applicable, you are responsible for your companion and the Promoter may disqualify all entries
from, and prohibit further participation in the promotion by, you or your companion if they materially
breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.

If you (or your companion), in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional,
as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug,
behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or
reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with
this promotion, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or
restrict you (and your companion) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected,
delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's
reasonable control.
If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or
claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into
account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all
other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of
these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified,
or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these
Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any
change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the
Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the
state/territory gaming authorities.
Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise
valid prize claim. Every prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the
claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example
due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or
technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter
may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to
any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should
seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being
made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that
where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive
market values.
You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
(Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this competition and
cannot be excluded or restricted. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those
rights. See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.
Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this
competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or
consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin
conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition
or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability
is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated
with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any
damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's
reasonable control. Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social
media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the
Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media
platforms from any and all liability.
