Terms and Conditions These Particulars, the General Terms and Conditions and Schedules set out the terms of this Promotion (Terms and Conditions). If there is any inconsistency between these Particulars and the General Terms and Conditions, the Particulars shall prevail. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid and for eligibility to win the prize.

Eligible Entrants Entry to the Draw is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies associated with this Promotion (and any immediate family members of such persons) are ineligible to enter.
“Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment. “Immediate family member” means spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, brother or sister.

Minors: Entrants under 18 years of age must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Promotion. By entering, a parent or legal guardian of an entrant under 18 years of age consents to the entrant’s participation and agrees to these Terms and Conditions on the entrant’s behalf.

The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is eligible to enter and win the Prize in its absolute discretion.
How To Participate To enter and be eligible to win the Prize as part of the Draw, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

(a) purchase Participating Products above AUD $100 RRP (for purchases in Australia) or above NZD $100 RRP (for purchases in New Zealand), in one transaction from Participating Stores and not return or cancel such transaction (Qualifying Transaction); and

(b) visit online and follow the instructions to upload the Qualifying Transaction.

Upon submitting an entry, the entrant will see a confirmation message on screen, confirming their entry has been successful and will be included in the Draw for the Prize.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide the required information. Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Eligible Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a Prize.

This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no role in determining the winners.

Secondary Prize Draws (Weekly)

Throughout the Promotional Period, secondary prize winners will be drawn weekly using an electronic prize draw system. Draws will take place at the Promoter's head office (16 Pioneer Avenue, Tuggerah, NSW, 2259) at 10:00 AM (AEST) each Wednesday on the following dates with exception to the last draw to be on a Thursday:

- Week 1: First Ten (10) valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 25th February 2026
- Week 2: Eleventh to twentieth valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 4th March 2026
- Week 3: Twenty-first to thirtieth valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 11th March 2026
- Week 4: Thirty-first to fortieth valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 18th March 2026
- Week 5: Forty-first to fiftieth valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 25th March 2026
- Week 6: Fifty-first to sixtieth valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 1st April 2026
- Week 7: Sixty-first to seventieth valid Eligible Entrants randomly drawn – 8th April 2026

If an entrant has already won a secondary prize in a previous week, they will not be eligible to win another unless they have made an additional eligible purchase in a subsequent week of the Promotional Period.

Winners will be notified in writing by email and may also be contacted by phone within one (1) business day of the draw. Their names will also be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels each Thursday of the same week.

Major Prize Draw (End of Promotion)

The Major Prize draw will take place at 10:00 AM (AEST) on 15th April 2026 at the Promoter’s head office. All valid Eligible Entrants, including previous secondary prize winners, will be included in the draw. The first valid Eligible Entrant randomly drawn and who confirms acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be awarded the Major Prize ("Winner").

An independent scrutineer will oversee all draws and the announcement of winners.
Prize There are 71 prizes to be won:

Major prize; win a 5-day trip for you and a mate with Rod Pacitti (Rokkit Kit) to Exmouth;

Round-trip (economy) flights departing Sydney or Brisbane to Exmouth; additional flights from any capital city in Australia, valued from $1,450 to $1,650 AUD, or New Zealand (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch) to Sydney or Brisbane, valued from $1,580 to $1,616 NZD;

Airport transfers from Exmouth Airport to Exmouth Escape Resort, valued at $300;

Five nights staying in Vanuatu at Trees and Fishes Private Retreat

Six nights staying in Exmouth Escape Resort (4.5-star hotel), valued at $2,700;

Five-day charter boat trip with On Strike Charters on Fury, a 282 Centre Console 30ft boat (including guide, all fishing gear, lunches and non-alcoholic drinks), valued at $20,560;

One $10,000 RRP AUD/NZD PENN saltwater tackle pack of PENN products (excluding certain products as determined by the Promoter)1.

(If the Winner is below 18 years of age at the time of travel, his/her nominated ‘mate’ must include at least one responsible adult/guardian for such minor. If one of the ‘nominated’ mates is below 18 years of age at the time of travel, the Winner or the other nominated ‘mate’ must be a responsible adult/guardian for such minor.)
Multiple Entries An Eligible Entrant can enter the draw to win the Prize for each Qualifying Transaction, without limit on the number of Qualifying Transactions per Eligible Entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, there will only be one Winner.
Additional Costs and Requirements Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the Prize and are the Winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

It is the Winner’s responsibility to arrange transport to and from the departure airport of their choosing.
Travel Terms The Winner must use the Prize within 12 months of notification of the Prize by the Promoter and its use will be subject to the discretion of Promoter and availability of its suppliers in terms of flights, accommodation and place on the charter boat.

Travel is subject to blackout periods, including but not limited to school holidays, public holidays, peak travel periods and supplier availability.

The Promoter and Prize suppliers reserve the right to cancel, shorten or modify the charter itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues or marine authority restrictions, with no obligation to provide compensation beyond what is reasonably practicable.

The Winner and his/her mate must travel on the same itinerary and must sign and accept all conditions of the Prize, including any indemnity and release form that may be required to be signed by the Promoter or its suppliers upon acceptance of the Prize.

Promoter reserves the right to postponement or Prize substitution due to unforeseen travel restrictions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Publications The winner of the Draw will be notified in writing by email and may also be contacted by telephone within two (2) days of the Draw. Their details, including first initial, last name, and postcode, will be published on 16th April 2026, within 30 days of the Draw.

For Secondary Prize Draws, winners will be notified in writing by email within one (1) business day of each weekly draw. Their details (first initial, last name, and state) will also be published on the above websites each Thursday following the draw.

In the event the winner of the Draw cannot be contacted, the Promoter will retain the Prize for two (2) weeks from the date of the Draw. If the Prize is not claimed within this time, or the winner refuses to comply with any of the Promoter’s conditions on the award of the Prize (including signing all required indemnities and releases for the Promoter or its suppliers), all rights to the Prize are forfeited.

A re-draw for the unclaimed Prize will take place at 16 Pioneer Avenue, Tuggerah, NSW, 2259 at 10:00 AM (AEST) on 29th April 2026 by way of a random draw (Re-draw). An independent scrutineer will observe the Re-draw process and announcement of the winner.

The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted by email and telephone within two (2) days of the Re-draw. Their details (first initial, last name, and postcode) will be published on 30th April 2026, within 30 days of the Re-draw.
Cancellation Clause If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
