This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“For your chance to win invites, What song are you most excited to see Dasha perform Live In Nova’s
Red Room?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“For your chance to win invites, What song are you most excited to see Dasha perform Live In Nova’s
Red Room?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear On Air
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) (b) (c) The Promoter will select and contact up to twenty [20] entrants judged to have submitted
the ‘best’ online entries based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its
sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the
Promotion Period (each a Selected Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone
number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and place them on the
standby list for that day (Standby List);
The Promoter will contact up to twenty [20] Selected Entrants who submitted the ‘best’ entries
(based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from the
Standby List for on their Personal Contact Number and may invite them to appear on-air
either live or in a pre-recorded segment
If the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number for the purposes of
the Promotion within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and
appears on-air either live or in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of the Promotion (if
applicable) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be
deemed a Major Prize winner and will be awarded a Major Prize (in the absolute and sole
discretion of the Promoter);
(d) If the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause
(c) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are
inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute
discretion) contact the Selected Entrant with the next 'best' entry from the Standby List (based
on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal
Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process from subclauses (a) – (d) above may be repeated until up to twenty (20) Selected Entrants
successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c) above and are deemed Major Prize
winners and awarded a Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Selected Entrants may be invited to appear in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of being
selected as a Major Prize winner and/or being awarded a Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter
in its sole and absolute discretion).
Selected Entrants may be deemed a Major Prize winner and awarded a Major Prize off-air and do not
need to appear on-air for the purpose of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, not all Selected Entrants on the Standby List will be awarded a Major Prize.
There will be up to twenty (20) Selected Entrants awarded a Major Prize for this Promotion.
Minor Prize Winners May Be Awarded Off-Air
In addition to the above, the Promoter will also select up to one hundred (100) entries from all entrants
ordinarily residing in VIC (throughout the Promotion Period) judged to have submitted the next ‘best’
entries (following those deemed to be Major Prize Winners) based on the Judging Criteria (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a
Minor Prize (Minor Prize Winners).
For the avoidance of doubt, Minor Prize Winners do not need to appear on-air for the purpose of the
Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
9. Entry Restrictions Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.

Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
12:00 pm AEDT and 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 20 March 2026
If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant may not be eligible for a
Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, if
an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected
as a winner (where applicable) and they may not be awarded a Prize.
Replacing Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting
another entrant.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as a winner and they may not be invited to be awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Friday 20 March 2026 the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

Major Prize
There are up to twenty (20) Major Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
- Two (2) x invites to see Dasha Live In Nova’s Red Room Presented By Toyota in Melbourne on
Thursday 26th March 2026 at a venue and time to be disclosed at the time of winning, to be
shared by the winner and up to one (1) companion, each invite valued at up to AUD $50
(incl. GST) (Event)
Each Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute
discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Major Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW, WA, QLD or SA the Prize winner will also be
awarded a Domestic Travel Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Domestic Travel Prize will not be awarded if the Prize winner’s ordinary
state of residence is VIC.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that
they ordinarily reside to VIC (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) to be shared by
the winner and one (1) companion, to be confirmed with the winner at the time of winning
(Airfares).
• One (1) x night in a minimum three (3) star twin share accommodation in Melbourne, VIC to
be determined and specified by the Promoter, to be shared by the winner and one (1)
companion (Accommodation).
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,500 (incl. GST).

It is the Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the return/departure airports,
Accommodation and the Event.
Minor Prize (VIC entrants only)
For the avoidance of doubt, the Minor Prize will only be awarded if the entrant’s ordinary state of
residence is VIC.
There are up to one hundred (100) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of;
- Two (2) x invites to see Dasha Live In Nova’s Red Room Presented By Toyota in Melbourne on
Thursday 26th March 2026 at a venue and time to be disclosed at the time of winning, to be
shared by the winner and up to one (1) companion, each invite valued at up to AUD $50
(incl. GST) (Event)
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Minor Prize does not include a Domestic Travel Prize.
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on Thursday 26th
March 2026 at a time to be advised by the Promoter and (if applicable) travel on the dates specified
by the Promoter (Thursday 26th March and Friday 27th March). Dates and schedules of the Prizes are at
the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no
responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
No Transport Component Included
It is the Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the departure and destination
airport, Accommodation (if applicable) and Event. There is no transfer component included as part of
the Prize.
Prize Winners Are Subject to Venue & Airfare Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the terms and conditions of any venue and/or airline
associated with the Prize or Domestic Travel Prize, including but not limited to Airfares terms and
conditions and/or venue terms of entry.
Prizes are not Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants May Only Win One (1) Prize
Entrants may only be awarded one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $42,000 (incl. GST).

17. Prize Delivery

Major Prize and Minor Prize winners will receive details of their invitation to attend the Event via email.
If a winner has also been awarded the Domestic Travel Prize, the winner will also receive a travel pack
via email containing all e-tickets, itineraries, hotel information and travel information for the Domestic
Travel Prize. All travel dates, flights and accommodation are at the absolute and sole discretion of the
Promoter and are subject to availability.
The winners’ names will be on a guest list at the Event.

18. Additional
Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
In the event the Event is cancelled, or any part of the Event is cancelled or not provided by the Prize
Provider, no alternative Prize will be provided.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants and their companion are restricted from winning the Prize under
multiple Dasha Live In Nova’s Red Room Presented By Toyota promotions, conducted by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any
costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated
lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result
of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other
