Terms and Conditions:

1.Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the “Expedia x
Australian Survivor: Redemption (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
Eligibility to Enter
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and older. However, employees and the
immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), Expedia Inc (the “Sponsor”)
and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with
the provision of the prize are not eligible to enter the Competition. Entrants must be residing in
Australia at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid.
3. Entrants must be an Expedia One Key member at the time of Entry and the Prize Draw, to be a
valid Winner. The Winner’s email needs to match their Expedia One Key account.
Competition Period
4. The competition commences on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at 10:00 AEDT and closes on
Wednesday, 8 April 2026 at 12:00 AEST (“Competition Period”).
5. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, Network 10 and www.10.com.au.
How to Enter
6. To participate in the Competition entrants must:
a. Log on to 10.com.au/win and register their details. Specific details may vary and may
include (but not limited to) first name, last name, post code, phone number, email
address and month and year of birth, to become a 10 subscriber.
b. Vote for their favourite Tribal Council moment from Australian Survivor: Redemption
7. It is free to become a 10 subscriber, however, the cost of accessing the promotional website is
dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply in
conjunction with the 10 Subscribers rules.
8. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
9. 10. Entrants who have won a Major Prize in any Network 10 competition in the past 12 months are
not eligible to win a prize in this competition, excluding entrants who reside in South Australia
who are eligible to win more than once.
A limit of one online entry per 10 Subscriber per day applies. One membership per person
applies.
11. An Entrant’s vote, submitted as part of their entry, has no bearing on the entry itself and does
not increase or decrease the chances of winning.

12. Entries must be received by Wednesday, 8 April 2026 at 12:00 AEST to be included in the Prize
Draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will be entered
into the Prize Draw.
13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s
database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due
to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
The account holder is responsible for any activity and/or entries that have been submitted using
their device (e.g. phone, computer, tablet etc). It is the account holder’s sole responsibility to
control any and all access to their device. The Promoter, the Sponsor, and Ansible Pty Ltd who
has been appointed by the Promoter to be the Competition administrator (“Ansible”), will not
be responsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this or
as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. Entrants
must not use another’s device without express permission from the account holder.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers
with the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner of the Competition (“Prize
Winner”), the winner hereby permits their image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed, or
filmed during the winner participation in the prize to appear in connection with Network 10 or
the Sponsor or the advertising and/or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the
world and the Prize Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The Prize Draw will be held on Wednesday, 8 April 2026 at 12:30 AEST at Ansible, Level 3, 100
Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Prize Draw”).
Winner will be announced during the broadcast of Episode 24 (Reunion Special) of Australian
Survivor: Redemption, airing the week of 12-18 April 2026 on Channel 10. Transmission date
subject to change at the discretion of the network.
Ansible Pty Ltd will then notify the Prize Winner by a phone call and/or email within seven (7)
business days of the draw and in writing and the Prize Winner’s details (last name, first initial
and postcode) will be published on the 10 website at 10.com.au/win within seven (7) business
days of the prize draw.
An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Ansible, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street,
Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Thursday, 30 July 2026 at 09:00 AEST. The unclaimed prize winner will
be notified of their prize by phone, in writing and their details (last name, first initial and
postcode) will be published on the 10 website at 10.com.au/win within five (5) business days of
the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

23. 24. The total prize pool is valued at $10,000.00 (including GST). The prize value is to be considered
in its local currency (Australian dollars). The prize value is correct at time of publishing of these
Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value
between now the ultimate prize redemption date.
Neither the Promoter or the Sponsor takes any responsibility for any tax consequences or
imposts that arise from the receipt of the Prize. The Prize Winner is advised that tax
implications may arise from winning the Prize and they should seek independent financial
advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.
25. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize.
26. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal
release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
27. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed for
cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is non-
negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in full, and may not be sold to
any third party.
28. The Prize can be used on future bookings on Expedia.com.au
29. The Winner must be a One Key Program member at the time of the Prize Draw in order to
receive the OneKeyCash.
30. OneKeyCash will be awarded within 30 days of the winner accepting their Prize and will expire
18 months after the deposit has been made. Bookings may take place after 18 months, but the
booking must be placed before this. If the Winner fails to use the Prize within the specified time
period or violates the terms of the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited without liability to Expedia,
the Promoter or any related agencies, as per clause 2.
31. OneKeyCash is subject to the terms and Conditions of the One Key program located at
https://www.expedia.com.au/one-key-terms, is not redeemable for cash and can only be used
on Expedia or other participating brands. OneKeyCash can be used on ‘Pay Now’ bookings only

and participating vacation rentals where the booking is completed in AU dollars. OneKeyCash
may only be used on select flights – details of whether the flight is available for OneKeyCash
redemption will be made available on the checkout page. If the flight is eligible, you will need
enough OneKeyCash to cover the entire cost of your flight, including taxes and fees, and may not
add any optional extras like checked bags or seat assignments. You can purchase those extras
after booking your ticket. OneKeyCash is not transferable to other members, but you can
redeem OneKeyCash on eligible bookings in someone else's name.
32. Re-bookings are not allowed. The value of the booking is not refundable. Certain blackout dates
and travel restrictions may apply. A Winner is responsible for paying any applicable federal,
provincial, state, local, income and withholding taxes, if any. Any prize details not specified
above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or
stolen prizes or prize components. Winner may not transfer, assign or substitute a prize, or
redeem a prize for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to
substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded
“as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The prize is
subject to and the winner must abide by the prize providers’ terms and conditions of booking, of
carriage for the flights and of stay for the hotel. Booking and travel is subject to the terms and
conditions set forth by travel suppliers and the appropriate booking site Terms of Use.
