9. Entry Method

Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will play a featured Bruno Mars song on air (as specified by the Promoter at various
times during the Promotion Period) (Nominated Song) or a recorded competition solicit (as specified by the Promoter at various times during the Promotion Period) (Recorded Competition
Solicit);
(b) Entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 when they hear the Nominated Song or the
Recorded Competition Solicit played on-air;
(c) Up to the first ten (10) entrants who successfully call 13 24 10 at the time of each Nominated Song
or Recorded Competition Solicit will be added to the Draw by the Promoter; or
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must fully complete the online entry form, registering their details
in the manner required on the Website.
To validate their Website Entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a podcast episode on the
Website. They must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions
and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, and
complete the entry form under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required.
To validate their Nova Player App Entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a podcast episode on
the Nova Player App. They must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing
promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
All valid Phone, Website and Nova Player App Entries will be placed into the Draw.
Draw and Answer a call live on-air
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
(d) The Promoter will conduct the Draw and will contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn
first (Drawn Entrant) on either their personal mobile number or home phone number (and
not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
(e) if the Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings
or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of), they will be deemed the Prize winner and
awarded the Prize;
(f) if the Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (e)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are
inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and
absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Draw in the
same manner as outlined above;
(g) this process will be repeated until a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their phone in
accordance with clause (e) above, is deemed the Prize winner and awarded the Prize.
The Promoter may shortlist the first five (5) entrants drawn from the Draw and contact each of them to
ensure they are on standby for the purposes of the above ‘Answer a call live on-air’ segment/s
(Standby). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will contact the entrants in the order in which
they were drawn.
If an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter for the purposes of being placed on
Standby, it does not mean they have been deemed a Prize winner and/or been awarded Prize.
There will be one (1) Drawn Entrant deemed winner and awarded the Prize. For the avoidance of
doubt, the winner will be awarded the Prize on-air.
10. Entry Restrictions Replay of on-air audio
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter replays audio that has previously aired where an entrant
appears on-air and receives an entry into the Draw, the replaying of audio will not constitute an
additional entry into the Draw.
Best Of audio (originally aired prior to the Promotion Period) will not entitle person to an entry into the
Draw
If during the Promotion Period, the Promoter plays Best Of audio from an on-air segment that originally
aired prior to the Promotion Period, any persons featured within that Best Of audio will not be
considered an entrant into this Promotion and will not receive an entry in the Promotion as a result of
the Best Of audio being played on-air.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air.

Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting another drawn entrant and inviting them to appear on-air to
be deemed a winner and awarded the Prize. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is
able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air and be awarded the
Prize.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
2:00pm AEST and 6:00pm AEST on Friday 24 April 2026.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that third party will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute
and sole discretion.
11. Draw Details

One (1) draw will be conducted electronically, as follows:
• At 1:00pm AEST Friday 24 April 2026 at the Promoter’s Premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be invited to appear on-air to be deemed the winner and awarded the
Prize.
12. Prize

There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to Bruno Mars’ “The Romantic” Tour for the winner and one (1) companion
(to be selected by winner and approved by the Promoter) at Nissan Stadium (1 Titans Wy,
Nashville, TN 37213, United States) at 7:00 pm CT on May 6 2026, valued at up to AUD $200
(incl. GST) per ticket (Event);
• Two (2) x return economy airfares for the winner and their companion from the nearest
capital city of the winner’s ordinary residence in Australia to Nashville, United States, each
airfare is valued at up to AUD $3,000 (incl. GST) (Flights);
• Four (4) x nights’ accommodation for the winner and their companion at The Bankers Alley
Hotel Nashville Tapestry Collection by Hilton, (221 2nd Ave N, Nashville, United States, 37201)
checking in and out on dates specified by the Promoter at the time of winning, valued at up
to AUD $1,700 (incl. GST) (Accommodation)
• AUD $1,000 cash spending money (excl. GST) (Cash).
The Prize is valued at up to AUD $9,100 (incl. GST)
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on/between
Monday 4th May 2026 and Friday 8th May 2026. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the
Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or
schedule changes.
Travel and Visa Requirements
Entrants (and their companion) must, in order to be declared a Prize winner and to participate in the
Prize, be able to travel to Nashville, United States at any time between Monday 4th May 2026 and
Friday 8th May 2026 to participate in the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion).

The Prize winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements of
The United States (and re-entry into Australia), including obtaining any visas.
The Promoter will not be providing advice on eligibility to travel.
If the winner and/or their companion are unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or
is refused entry into the United States of America, the winner may forfeit the Prize, in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Promoter.
Dates are subject to change
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by
the Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Government Travel Advice
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prize at
the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to government travel
advice, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Venue/Ticket Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any Event venue terms of entry and/or Accommodation terms and conditions.
No Transfer Component
Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Event, Accommodation and
Flights.
There is no transfer component as part of the Prize.
Passport and Travel Insurance
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for obtaining all necessary
valid travel insurance, documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and
visas, if required) and any vaccinations. The winner should consult the Embassy or Consulate of that
jurisdiction for up-to-date information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, in
order to accept the travel voucher component of the Prize. If the winner and/or their companion is
unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the relevant country,
the winner may forfeit the travel voucher and concert tickets component of the Prize, in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Promoter.
Travel Agency
The Accommodation and Flight components of the Prize will be arranged through a travel agency. The
Promoter and winner will communicate directly with the travel agency to arrange the
Accommodation and Flight components.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $9,100 (incl GST).

Winners will be notified in writing by way of email, and one or more of the following methods, within
seven (7) days of their draw.

The winner of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be notified in writing within seven (7) days in the
same manner provided for the main draws.

The Winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Website by 12:00pm AEST
Monday 27 April 2026
If the Promoter conducts an Unclaimed Prize Draw, the first initial, last name and postcode of the
winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be published on the Website by 6:00pm AEST Friday 1 May 2026.

The Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted at 3:00pm AEST Friday 1 May 2026 at the Promoter’s
premises.
19. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be emailed to the winner in the form of a travel pack containing all tickets, itineraries and
other information required for the Prize.
20. Additional
Conditions
In the event the Event is cancelled, no alternative Prize will be provided for the Event component of
the Prize.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel
advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from
and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions
which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but
not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of
residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated
lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result
of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel,
activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation
costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more
event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and
total Prize.
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
