TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The promotion is conducted by Royal Canin Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 88 092 020 178), of Level 23, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (“Promoter”) and Royal Canin Australia NZBN 9429031867399, Building 14, 666 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland, 1051 (“Promoter”).



Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, individuals accept these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.



WHO CAN PARTICIPATE



Entry is open to residents of Australia or New Zealand aged 18 years or older, and who are a loyalty member of a Participating Retailer (“Eligible Entrants”).



Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion are excluded. "Associated companies" includes without limitation, the agents and contractors of the Promoter that are involved in:

the promotion or development of the promotion; and

the manufacture or distribution of the Promoter's products.



By entering the promotion, individuals represent that they are eligible to enter the promotion based on these Terms and Conditions.



PROMOTIONAL PERIOD



The promotioncommences at 8.00am AEDT (10.00am NZDT) on 16/03/26and concludes on the earlier of (i) all stock of the Gifts is exhausted or (ii) at 6.00pm AEST (8.00pm NZST) on 16/05/26(whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”).



HOW TO CLAIM YOUR GIFT & ENTER THE DRAW



To claim your Gift and be automatically entered into the Draw, theEligible Entrants must enter the promotion during the Promotion Period by:



Visiting AU - www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/cat-food-trial-2026 or NZ - www.promos.royalcanin.co.nz/cat-food-trial-2026, follow the prompts to submit their details via a data collection form with their personal details (first name, last name, year of birth, email address, mobile number, State/Territory of residence) cat name and cat age, and select the tick-box to consent to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Promoter;

Be an existing or sign-up to be a loyalty member of a Participating Retailer (in your country of residence – refer cl. 13)



Consenting to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Promoter is a condition of entry into the promotion.



Multiple entries are not permitted. Max 1 entry/per Eligible Entrant.



Eligible Entrants take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.



The Promoter is not responsible if your data collection form is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of entering this promotion.

Depending on the age of the cat, Royal Canin will share a tailored email with the pet parent advising which Gift they should collect, however, it will be at the final discretion of the retail store staff as to which sample they collect based on any cat health needs and stock availability.



There are 70,000 Gifts available in Australia, and 6,666 Gifts available in New Zealand to be claimed. While stocks last.



As a condition of entry, entrants must be a registered member of the Participating Retailer’s loyalty programme at the time of entry and at the time of Gift redemption. Entrants will be required to provide valid loyalty membership details as part of the entry process. Entries that do not include valid loyalty membership details may be deemed invalid. Loyalty membership is subject to separate terms and conditions – refer to membership T&Cs of Participating Retailer.



After submitting their entry, Eligible Entrants can claim their Gifts by collecting instore only. Pet parents can visit store, show the store staff their redemption email including a coupon which will be scanned alongside the three pouches. Max 1 Gift per person.



The total Giftamount is valued at up to $750,560.14AUD.



A random electronic draw will be conducted for the Draw component of this promotion, commencing at 2.00pm AEST (4.00pm NZST) on 02/06/26at Royal Canin Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 88 092 020 178), Tower 1, Level 23, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, (“Draw Location”).



The first three (3) valid entries drawn from the entries received during the Promotion Period will win a Prize.



The first three valid entries will each receive a prize of twelve (12) months’ supply of food for one cat with the appropriate Royal Canin diet (up to the value of $5,760AUD) (Prize). The quantity defined as “12 months’ supply” is determined by the recommended feeding guide relevant to the Royal Canin diet product and the size of the winner’s cat, as prescribed on the back of the relevant product pack. The Promoter will liaise with the winners to ensure the correct products and quantities are provided. Final Royal Canin diet product awarded is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and decision is final.



The total Prize pool is valued at up to $17,280AUD.



Prize values are accurate at the date of commencement of the promotion and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement.



Entrants are restricted to winning only one Prize per person.



WINNER NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION & DELIVERY



Provisional prize winners will be contacted by the email provided in the entry formby 05/06/26. Each provisional prize winner will receive an email confirming that they are a provisional winner, including instructions that they must follow to verify their entry and claim their prize. Entrants and provisional prize winners maybe required to:



respond to the email or phone call to claim their prize; and

provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry (“Proof of Identity”), where identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion,



to verify that the relevant entry is valid (“Prize Claim Requirements”). If an entrant/provisional prize winner fails to respond or to provide Proof of Identity by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.



The Draw prize winner will have their first name initial, last name and postcodepublished on https://www.royalcanin.com/au/competition-terms or https://www.royalcanin.com/nz/competition-terms on 05/06/26for a period of 28 days.



Once an entrant/provisional prize winner is deemed by the Promoter to have complied with these Terms and Conditions (including the Prize Claim Requirements), the Promoter will declare them a winner. Prize winners will have their prize sent to their nominated address. Winners will have their prize sent all at once (i.e. the full twelve-month food supply). Once dispatched, the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prize.



RE-DRAW (IF ANY)



If a provisional prize winner fails to satisfy the Prize Claim Requirements (including if the Promoter can't contact a prize winner after making all reasonable attempts) and/or any prize remains unclaimed by 11.00am AEST (1.00pm NZST) on 25/06/26, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will conduct a re-draw at 11.30am AEST (1.30pm NZST) on 25/06/26at the Draw Location.

The re-draw winner/s (if any) will be notified in writing on 25/06/26and will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published onhttps://www.royalcanin.com/au/competition-terms and https://www.royalcanin.com/nz/competition-terms on 25/06/26 for a period of 28 days.
