Participating
Store

A Participating Store is any Liquor Legends, Urban Cellars, Value Liquor Group and Clubs Link store
nationally that stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) and displays advertising material for this
promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating Store are also eligible.

Period

The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 25/03/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 02/06/2026
(“
Promotional Period
”).

Eligible
Entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are current Liquor Legends Rewards
members.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize
drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1

To automatically enter, Eligible Entrants must spend $25 or more, in a single transaction, on any Wild
Turkey product/s
 
(“
Eligible Product
”)
 
from a Participating Store in Australia and scan their Liquor
Legends Rewards card or input their Legends Rewards membership details if making a purchase

(“
Qualifying Transaction
”)
.

2.
 
Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

(a)
 
are received outside the Promotional Period;

(b)
 
contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;

(c)
 
are incomplete or indecipherable; or

(d)
 
do not otherwise comply with these terms,

will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

3.
 
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying
Transaction regardless of the amount spent in excess of $25; (b) each entry must be submitted
separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) only one (1) entry permitted per person
per day.

The draw will be conducted at Vivid Engagement,
 
Building 1, 30 Chancellor Village Boulevard, Sippy
Downs QLD 4556
 
at 1:00pm AEST on 09/06/2026 by way of an electronic random draw in the presence
of an independent scrutineer

Draw
”)
. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be
entered into the draw. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in
case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Prizes
 
MAJOR PRIZE

5.
 
The first valid entry drawn (
“
Major Prize Winner
”
) will win a choice of either:

•
 
AU$20,000 cash in the form of an electronic funds transfer to the Major Prize Winner
’s
 
nominated
Australian bank account in their name; OR

•
 
A 2025 Austrack Simpson X Camper Trailer package valued at up to AU$22,340
 
(“
Vehicle
”)

(both referred to as the “
Major Prize
”
).

6.
 
The total prize value of the Vehicle includes registration
 
and compulsory third party insurance both
valid for one (1) year, and stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State).
Additional insurance, options, accessories, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs not
expressly stated do not form part of the Major Prize and are the sole responsibility of the Major Prize
Winner. The Major Prize Winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised
 
Austrack
dealership.

7.
 
If the Major Prize Winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the Vehicle in
their own name, then the Major Prize Winner may assign the Vehicle to another person (who consents
to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no
responsibility for any such arrangements between the Major Prize Winner and the assignee. The Major
Prize Winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required
by the Promoter before the Vehicle is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Major
Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its
discretion.

8.
 
The Major Prize Winner acknowledges that they must have a suitable tow vehicle to tow the camper
trailer - at minimum, a vehicle with a brake tow rating of 1500KG and a 110KG tow ball weight.

9.
 
The Major Prize Winner acknowledges that their vehicle must be fitted with an ADR compliant brake
controller prior to collection of the camper trailer.

10.
 
The Major Prize Winner acknowledges that they are responsible for obtaining suitable insurance cover
for the camper trailer.

11.
 
The Major Prize Winner acknowledges that the camper trailer must be picked up from their local
Austrack dealer.

12.
 
The Major Prize Winner acknowledges that they must allow an Austrack Campers representative to
conduct a handover with them. This can be conducted in-store at one of Austrack Campers showroom
locations or via video call.

MINOR PRIZES

13.
 
The next fifty (50) valid entries drawn (
“
Minor Prize Winner
”
) will each win Liquor Legends Rewards
points valued at AU$100
 
(“
Minor Prize
”)
.

14.
 
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Liquor Legends Rewards points are not included.
Any unused balance of the Liquor Legends Rewards points will not be awarded as cash. Redemption
of the Liquor Legends Rewards points is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer.

GENERAL

15.
 
The total prize pool is up to AU$27,340.

16.
 
If any prize is unavailable (or any part of the prize), the Promoter may substitute the prize (or that part
of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority.
 
Other than this, the prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be
taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

17.
 
Subject to the Re-draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the
prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be
forfeited.

Notification of
Winners

Minor Prize winners will be notified by email and the Major Prize draw winner will be notified by email
and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw. Their details (initial, surname and postcode) will also

If any Prizes remain unclaimed by 12:59pm AEST on 09/09/2026, a draw may take place on 09/09/2026

disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize
suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct
their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other
applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the
Promoter. The Promoter may disclose PI overseas in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.

Winners consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph,
film and/or recording of same) in any media for a period of 12 months from the date the prize is awarded
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion. The Promoter will seek additional
consent from entrants before using their name, image and/or voice for the purpose of promoting any
products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter which are not
connected to the Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, the entrant agrees to sign a separate release
required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement.

Miscellaneous
 
23.
 
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right
, in its sole discretion, to disqualify
any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these Terms and Conditions,
tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated
to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the
 
promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute
 
a
 
waiver
 
of
 
those
 
rights.
 
The
 
Promoter's
 
legal
 
rights
 
to
 
recover
 
damages
 
or
 
other
compensation from such an offender are reserved.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine
the identity of the entrant.

The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are
advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research
Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).

26.
 
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster
 
or
unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control
, the Promoter reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject
to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

27.
 
All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving
a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

28.
 
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties,
unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:

(a)
 
disqualify any entry or entrant; or

(b)
 
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.

29.
 
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is
dependent on the Internet service provider used.

30.
 
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an
entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that
entrant invalid.
31.
 
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by
negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) exclude or modify the
statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any
other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws
 
in the States and
Territories of Australia (
“
Non-Excludable Guarantees
”
).

33.
 
Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the
Promoter
’s
 
(including its respective officers, employees and agents) liability for any loss, damage or
injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, in any way out of the promotion or as a result of accepting and/or using a prize or in
relation to the Promotion, is limited to the value of the prize except to the extent the loss, damage or
injury arises as a result of the fraud or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or its employees or officers.

34.
 
Without limiting any liability which cannot be excluded by law,
 
any prize supplied by a third party supplier
is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. The Promoter is not responsible or
liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any third party
supplier or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by
negligence) that is supplied by a third party. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes
or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law
or any right to recourse you may have against a third party supplier.

35.
 
By accepting a prize, the Winner acknowledges that it will not use the prize and will not permit a third
party to use the prize without possessing the necessary physical ability, skill, and experience to safely
operate the prize. The Winner agrees to use the prize at their own risk and obtain the appropriate safety
equipment and competency level to safely operate the prize.

36.
 
Without limiting any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any
loss or damage associated with:

(a)
 
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(b)
 
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

(c)
 
any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable
control;

(d)
 
any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms;

(e)
 
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
 
or

(f)
 
any damage to or delay in transit of the prize during delivery,

except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
