4. Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST Monday 6 April 2026. Entry into the Promotion closes at 11:59pm AEST Sunday 26 April 2026.

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.

7. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the prompt:
“In 25 words or less, tell us where your dream small group adventure would be.”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the prompt:
“In 25 words or less, tell us where your dream small group adventure would be.”

All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the
Promoter and/or the Prize Supplier the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
awarded a Prize (where applicable).
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 29 April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
- One (1) x Intrepid Travel Small Group Adventure credit of up to AUD $8,000 (incl. GST)
excluding Polar, Short Break Adventures, Urban Adventures, Expeditions, Tailor Made Travel or
Festival Trips (Adventure Credit); and
- One (1) x credit of up to AUD $2,000 (incl. GST) redeemable on economy domestic and
international flights booked through Intrepid Travel’s sales team (Travel Credit).
The total value of the Prize is up to AUD $10,000 (incl. GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize between 1 May 2026
and 30 April 2029, subject to the Blackout Dates listed below. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not
under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s T&Cs
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any ticket or trip terms and conditions.
All travel is subject to Intrepid Booking Condition which can be found at:
https://www.intrepidtravel.com/au/booking-intrepid/booking-c... The winner will be required to
agree to the booking conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers
that are in place at the time.
The winner must book the Adventure Credit and Travel Credit directly with Intrepid at
sales@intrepidtravel.com and quote the winning promo code.
Blackout Dates Apply
Prize redemption is subject to blackout dates. The following blackout period applies: 15 December
2026 – 14 January 2027, 15 December 2027 – 15 January 2028, 15 December 2028 – 14 January 2029.
Travelling Restrictions
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of travel, activities
and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will
be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
The winner and any travelling companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, all necessary
documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and visas, if required) and
any vaccinations. If the winner and any companions are refused entry into the destination country for
any reason, no alternative prize will be offered.

Intrepid Travel Small Group Adventure Credit Exclusions
The Adventure Credit can be applied to Intrepid Travel small group adventures, excluding the
following:
- Polar trips in Antarctica and the Arctic;
- Short-Break Adventures with the following trip codes: EEAV, ERAG, ERAK, ERZI, GGAA, GGAE,
GGAF, GGAS, GGHA, GGHO, GGHT, GPAP, HHAJ, HNAC, HNAK, PZAI, QVHM, TKAS, TTAG,
TTAR, TTAV, TTAX, TVAG, TVAQ, UBAD, UBAP, UBAV, YGAB, YGAU
- Tailor-Made Experiences;
- Private Urban Adventures;
Prize Supplier Restrictions
The trip must be booked and confirmed at least 28 days prior to departure. The Promoter and/or Prize
Supplier is not responsible for prize winners who do not claim the prize by the relevant booking date or
the Prize Claim Date.
The winner may book friends or family on the same trip they are booking using the Adventure Credit or
Travel Credit.
The Adventure Credit or Travel Credit does not apply to expenses not covered by the trip itinerary.
These expenses may include, but is not limited to, flights, accommodation, meals, domestic transfers,
travel insurance, visas, single supplement payment, activities, spending money, local payments/kittys.
The Prize cannot be redeemed retroactively on a trip or service that has already been booked or in
conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on
the Intrepid trip for the winner’s booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee at
the cost of the winner.

17. Prize Delivery
Clause 8
The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the Prize Supplier to facilitate the delivery of the Prize.
The Winner is to redeem the Adventure Credit and Travel Credit directly with the Prize Supplier at
sales@intrepidtravel.com and quote the winning promo code which will be sent to the Winner upon
Prize Delivery.
18. Additional
Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel
advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from
and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions
which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but
not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the travel).
