The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports,
and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and their

Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will
not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual
prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of
accommodation check in. The Promoter will not be responsible if a winner or their companion
are refused a visa to a prize destination country, or are not permitted entry into a prize
destination country for any reason.
Tickets must be used only by each winner and their named companion (unless otherwise
permitted by the Promoter). The FIFA World Cup 2026™ Match tickets are subject to the ticket
terms and conditions (which can be viewed at
https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments/mens/worldcup/canadamexicousa2026/articles/leg
al-documents), including any applicable age restriction, terms relating to the resale of such
tickets and the prohibition of certain items in the event venue, and all other applicable ticket
terms and conditions and stadium code of conduct terms shared by FIFA, stadium
management or any third parties acting on behalf of FIFA. The Promoter and event organisers
hereby expressly reserve the right to revoke tickets or to eject or refuse entry to any winner
(and/or his/her companion/s) if they have breached any of the event venue or ticket terms or
have engaged in any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst
participating in any element of the Major Prize.
Major Prize winners and their companions acknowledge that FIFA retains rights under the ticket
terms and conditions and stadium code of conduct terms to revoke or cancel tickets and the
Promoter may therefore be required to withdraw tickets (for reasons beyond the Promoter’s
reasonable control) awarded to winners and companions at any time. In such circumstances,
the Promoter will not be liable to winners or guests of winners for any losses incurred as a
result of such withdrawal.
Entrants understand that the teams and players in respect of the FIFA World Cup 2026™
Matches may be subject to change without notice, and the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Matches
may be cancelled, rescheduled or relocated, at the event organiser’s discretion.
f) Where a Major Prize winner and/or their companion have notified the Promoter of a disability
or limited mobility, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any
accessibility requirements necessary to enable the Major Prize winner and/or their companion
to attend the stadium. While the Promoter strives to ensure accessibility for all, the Major Prize
winner and/or their companion acknowledge that the Promoter cannot guarantee that third-
party providers will always meet specific accessibility requirements. These services are
managed independently, and their policies and practices may vary. The Promoter will not be
responsible for any failure to meet accessibility requirements by third-party providers.
g) During the entire duration of the Major Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany
any person under 18 years of age.
h) Each Major Prize will be awarded to the respective winner, who may, in their absolute
discretion, allocate the Major Prize to any relative or friend who is aged 18 years or older. The
winner must notify the Promoter of any transfer (in writing) and must not issue the Major Prize
without the Promoter’s approval. Approval of the transfer is at the Promoter’s sole discretion
and the Promoter is not liable for any errors in the transfer of the Major Prize to any other
individual. Winners or any individual that has been transferred the Major Prize, must not re-sell,
give away or otherwise re-distribute any Major Prize they receive.

Unclaimed
Prizes:
Prizes must be claimed by 02/06/26 at 9:59am AEST.
A draw for any Major Prizes, if unclaimed, or any Instant Prizes that are won but are not claimed will
take place on 02/06/26 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions
from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the
redraw and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published at
winwithrexona.com.au on 09/06/26.
1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry
into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms
used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
