TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By participating in Fetch TV’s Fuel Up with Fetch contest (the "Contest"), you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Contest Period

The Campaign commences on 1 April 2026 at 12:01am AEST and ends on 28 April 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
The Campaign is divided into four (4) individual weekly periods. Entries do not roll over; participants must meet the entry requirements for each specific week they wish to enter. The weekly entry periods are as follows:

Week 1: 1 April 2026 – 7 April 2026
Week 2: 8 April 2026 – 14 April 2026
Week 3: 15 April 2026 – 21 April 2026
Week 4: 22 April 2026 – 28 April 2026
2. Eligibility

Entry is open to existing subscribers to the Fetch Service aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Participant") residing in Australia.
Grand Prize Eligibility: Eligibility to win the “Grand Prize” is limited to Eligible Participants who, during the Campaign Period, hold or subscribe to at least one content pack (Kids, Vibe, Variety or Knowledge) or the Ultimate Pack.

Employees of Fetch TV and its affiliated companies, and their immediate families are, and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Fetch TV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
3. Entry Requirements & Mechanics

HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible for a weekly prize, participants must complete the following steps during the relevant weekly period:

Step 1: Registration (Mandatory)

Participants must submit a valid entry via the official competition form.
Each submission must include a response to the weekly creative question.
Participants may submit multiple entries within a weekly period.
Step 2: Eligible Transaction (Mandatory)

Participants must complete at least one (1) eligible transaction on their Fetch Service during the same weekly period.
Each eligible transaction will count as a separate entry.
Eligible transactions and corresponding prize eligibility are as follows:
Content Pack Subscription (Ultimate Pack, Vibe, Variety, Knowledge or Kids): Qualifies the participant for both the Grand Prize and Consolation Prize.
Movie Box Subscription: Qualifies the participant for the Consolation Prize only.
Movie or TV Store Transaction (renting or purchasing a movie, or purchasing a TV show): Qualifies the participant for the Consolation Prize only.
All subscriptions and transactions must be completed via the Fetch Service.

Participants may submit multiple entries within each weekly period. Entries do not roll over between weekly periods.
Participants may submit new creative responses for each entry. Where no new response is submitted, the original response may be used for subsequent entries.

All subscription and transactions can be undertaken on screen from the Fetch Service.

4. Winner Determination

This is a game of skill. At the end of each weekly period, winners will be determined from Eligible Participants who have completed the required entry steps, based on the following criteria:
Primary Criteria (Creativity & Originality): Prizes will be awarded to Eligible Participants who submit the most creative, original and engaging responses to the weekly question, as determined by the judging panel.
Supporting Consideration (Number of Entries): Each eligible transaction completed during the relevant weekly period constitutes a separate entry. Participants who complete multiple eligible transactions will receive multiple entries, which may increase their chances of being selected for judging.
The number of transactions alone will not determine the outcome.
Tie-Breaker: In the event of equally strong submissions, the judging panel may consider the participant’s level of engagement with the Fetch Service (including number of eligible transactions) during the relevant weekly period as a secondary factor.
The Fetch judging panel will determine the winners in their sole discretion, and the decision is final.
All entries, including all intellectual property rights associated therewith, vest in Fetch TV immediately upon submission. Participants relinquish all future claims to ownership and acknowledge that no further rights, titles, or interests in the submission are reserved by the participant.

5. Prize Details and Value

The total prize pool is approximately $3,000 AUD.

Grand Prize (x4 - 1 per week): A $500 Fuel Gift Card awarded to the participant with the most creative submission, as determined in accordance with Clause 4. Only entrants who are subscribed to the Ultimate Pack or any Premium Pack are eligible for the Grand Prize.
Consolation Prize (x20 - 5 per week): A $50 Micro Gift Card for the next five (5) highest-ranking Fetch users per week.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming

Winner selection will take place within five (5) business days after the Contest Period ends (no later than 2 May 2026).
Winners will be announced on Fetch TV’s social media pages and contacted via the email provided in their entry form within five (5) business days of selection.
Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to do so results in forfeiture, and the prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring eligible entrant.
Valid Transactions: Only completed transactions that are not refunded or reversed at the time of judging count toward the total.
The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fetch TV reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize or any element of it is unavailable for any reason. If the Winner is unable to accept or take delivery of the Prize awarded for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Winner will not be entitled to any payment or other compensation.
If a Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or a selected Winner's entry is disqualified the Prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring eligible entrant in the rank order defined above who has not yet won a Prize. This award will take place within twenty-five (25) days after the Content Period Ends. There will be no "draw" or "redraw" of any kind. This process will continue until all Prizes have been successfully allocated to qualified Winners.
7. Privacy

By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you consent to Fetch TV handling your personal information in accordance with Fetch TV’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/privacy-policy, as well as Fetch TV contacting you for purposes related to the administration and communication of this campaign. This may include, but is not limited to, updates on your entry, campaign-related announcements, and other relevant notifications. Data will be used for the purpose of administering this Contest and for other purposes, including marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By submitting your entry and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also expressly consent to receive direct marketing communications from Fetch TV including promotional updates and newsletters sent via email, SMS, and other electronic messages, about our products, services, and special offers. This consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in any communication from Fetch TV, or by contacting Fetch TV as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/privacy-policy.
8. General Conditions

Fetch TV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or these Terms and Conditions if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Fetch TV's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
Use of the Prize is subject to Fetch TV’s terms and conditions, available at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/general-terms-of-use.
Fetch TV is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, and may disqualify any entry which does not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
Except as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable law, no representation or warranty is given by Fetch TV in respect of the Contest or the Prize.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Fetch TV, its related bodies corporate, affiliates and agents, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, and participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of such social media platforms in entering into and participating in the Contest. Participants release Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from any and all liability related to this Contest.
Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
