From 9am Thursday 9 April, your next visit to Uptown could give you the chance to win a luxury shopping getaway to one of the fashion capitals of the world – from the Champs-Élysées to Buckingham Palace or the Empire State Building. Where could your next shop take you?

Eligible
entrants:
Entry is only open to NSW, QLD & VIC residents who are 18 years of age or over.
How to Enter
and/or Claim:
To enter the Promotion and/or claim a gift, the entrant must complete the following steps during an
Activation Period (defined in Annexure A below):
a) b) c) spend at least $200 in any number of transactions on any fashion product/s (including products
from Department & Discount Department Stores*, beauty, accessories & footwear other than the
Excluded Items) at Participating Shopping Centres within a single trading day ("Qualifying Spend");
complete and submit the entry form for the Promotion (available on a tablet device at the
Participating Shopping Centres) with their personal details as requested; and
to redeem a gift (while stocks last), visit corresponding Activation Site (see Annexure B) and present
their receipt(s) for the Qualifying Spend to a staff member.
To take part in this Promotion, entrants must subscribe to receive news of exclusive events and
promotions for the respective Participating Shopping Centre at sign up, via email or SMS from Vicinity
Centres.
Excluded Items: The following products or services (including vouchers relating to such products or
services) will not be eligible to purchase to enter: gift cards, liquor or tobacco products, weapons kind, prescription medicines, cosmetic or surgical procedures, health insurance. Furthermore, any transactions/services at medical practitioners and related health services (physio, dentist, pathology,
psychology), banks, Automatic Telling Machines, financial institutions, TAB and gaming venues, lottery
agents, petrol stations, accountants, employment services/agencies, disability services, professional
training, lawyers, tax services, occupational safety (i.e. Worksafe), child care services, parliamentary
offices, Neighbourhood Watch, electorate office, real estate agencies and rental of suites/offices are not
eligible for this Promotion. Hearing services and related products are not excluded from the Promotion.
Department & Discount Department Stores* include Myer, David Jones, Kmart & Target.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an
original or copied receipt for the Qualifying Spend.
All entrants/claimants that meet the purchase requirement for the Qualifying Spend will automatically
be entered into the draw for a chance to win the Major and Minor Draw Prize.
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

Determination:
Major & Minor Draw Prizes:
● The draw will take place at Plexus, Level 9, 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00pm
AEST on 14/05/26 using computerised random selection.
● The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Major Draw Prize specified below. The
succeeding two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the Minor Draw Prizes
specified below.
● The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is
drawn.
● If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same
time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for
public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is
determined by chance.
Centre Specific Prize Draws:
• The type and number of Draw Prizes available for each Participating Shopping Centre are set out in
Annexure C.
• Entries will be divided based on the Participating Shopping Centre of entry.
• There will be one (1) draw conducted for each Participating Shopping Centre.
• The draws will take place at Plexus, Level 9, 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00pm
AEST on 14/05/26 using computerised random selection.
• In the case of multiple prizes, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value.
• The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is
drawn.
• If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same
time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. Each Participating Shopping Centre has its own ‘Staffed Day’ within their corresponding Activation
Periods with a total of twenty-six (26) Staffed Days across the entire Promotion. The full list of each
Participating Shopping Centre’s ‘Staffed Days’ are listed at each Participating Shopping Centre’s landing
page (see Annexure A) and will be communicated via Participating Shopping Centres’ social media
accounts.
• The first corresponding number of valid entries/claims received during a Staffed Day will each
receive the applicable gift for that Participating Shopping Centre. Exact allocation of gift per Staffed
Day and Participating Shopping Centre is specified below.

Further Prize
Details:
Major Draw Prize – fulfilled through Free 2 Travel (“F2T”)
● Travel must be taken between October 2026 and May 2028. Prize cannot be taken during
Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. If the winner is unavailable or
unwilling to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize
and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
● Additionally, the prize cannot be taken between the following dates:
2026 ● 1/10/26-11/10/2; and
21/12/2026-31/12/2026
2027 ● 01/01/27 – 9/02/27;
● 30/03/27 – 27/04/27;
● 8/06/27;
● 04/07/27 – 19/07/27;

● The winner of the must provide ninety (90) days’ notice of requested departure dates to F2T.
Failure to adhere to this notice period means the winner will forfeit their right to the prize and will
not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
● Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
● Choice of airline will be determined by F2T in its absolute discretion.
● Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
● The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and
travel together.
● Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the
winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the
time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be
redeemable for cash.
● The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
● AUD$5,000 spending money will be deposited to the winner’s nominated bank account via EFT
bank transfer approximately 1 week prior to travel
● The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports
(minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure), and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel
documentation.
● Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
● Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas,
vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room
charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not
included.
● The winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is
confirmed and ticketed.
● The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
● During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person
under 18 years of age.
● If the winner is under 21 years of age and chooses to select New York as their travel destination,
they must provide consent from a parent or guardian or travel with a parent or guardian.
● The Promoter recommends that the winner and their companion take out travel insurance. Any
such insurance will be at the winner’s (and their companion’s) own cost.
Major Draw Prize - Sponsor-specified Marriot Bonvoy gift card (“Bonvoy Gift Card”):
● All taxes (including, without limitation, withholding taxes, income taxes, VAT, GST and import
duties and fees, as applicable) on or connected with the prize, and the reporting consequences thereof
are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. Major Draw Prize winner must be a Marriott
Bonvoy Member at time of redeeming the prize.
● The Bonvoy Gift Card will be distributed to F2T for booking accommodation on the winner’s behalf.
General Voucher/Gift Card/Card Terms (applicable to gifts/prizes):
● Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher/gift card/card are not included. Any
unused balance of the voucher/gift card/card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the
voucher/gift card/card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified
with the voucher/gift card/card.
Gifts Involving Food:
● For the sake of clarity, the winner (or the winner’s parents or legal guardians) and their companions
are responsible for checking allergen information on any food items awarded (if applicable).
Individuals with allergies are advised to review the allergen list before receiving the food on offer.
The Promoter recommends that participants do not share food with others. To the extent
permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any allergic reactions that the individual may
experience upon consuming these products.
Spending Money Prize Conditions:
The winner must provide their Australian bank account details to the Promoter for the prize to be
awarded.

Winner
notification:
The draw winners will be contacted via email on the same day as the corresponding draw and the Major
Draw Prize winner will be published on the competition landing page of the centre at which the winning
entry was submitted by 21/05/26.
Unclaimed
Prizes:
The draw prizes must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEST on 15/06/26. In the event of any unclaimed draw
prize(s), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on
16/06/26. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email on the same day and
the Major Draw Prize winner will be published on the competition landing page of the centre at which
the winning entry was submitted by 23/06/26 (if applicable). The draw conductor may select additional
reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
If there are no prize winner(s) or winner(s) for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be
published on the competition landing page of each Participating Shopping Centre.
