Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over.
How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

(“Case”) from any BWS or Dan Murphy’s store displaying advertising for this Promotion (includes
their respective online stores) or online via Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog or MILKRUN
("Participating Stores");
visit www.vbknockoffclock.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully
complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (as requested), provide the
requested purchase information and the unique code found inside the Case; and
play the ‘Stop the Clock at Knock Off’ game as prompted (“Game”).
Winning Moments Prize and Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission
and will receive an email confirmation (subject to verification). For the sake of clarity, the Game results
do not affect the entrant’s chance of winning a Winning Moments Prize or Instant Prize in this
Promotion.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is the
unique code found printed on the inside the Case.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Game: The entrant must follow the instructions prompted on screen in order to play the game.
 There will be a virtual clock on screen. The entrant must aim to stop the clock to hit 4:00:00:00 pm.
The time the entrant hits is added to the leaderboard onsite and will also be sent to them via eDM.
 At the end of the Promotion, the one (1) entrant who is closest to or stops the clock at 4:00:00:00
pm will win the Game Prize.
 Tie Breaker: In the case of a tie for the Game Prize (i.e. more than one (1) entrant is closest to or
stops the clock at 4:00:00:00 pm), the respective tied entrants will be entered into a draw. The
draw will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm AEST on
06/07/26 using computerised random selection. The first valid entry drawn will win the Game Prize
outlined below. In the event the drawn winner does not accept or claim their prize within two (2)
weeks of the draw, the Promoter will award the prize to the next entry drawn, and so on.
Entries
permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
maximum of one (1) entry permitted per Case purchased;
limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted;
the same unique code cannot be used more than once;
unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid;
maximum of five (5) entries permitted per person throughout the Promotional Period; and
each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
Winning Moments Prizes:
 There will be ninety (90) pre-determined ‘winning moments’ during the Promotional Period. The
first valid entry received on or after a ‘winning moment’ will be declared a provisional Winning
Moments Prize winner, subject to verification.
 Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
 Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in
excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any Winning Moments Prizes (valued at more
than $100) that remains unwon or unclaimed by 11:59 pm AEDT 06/08/26 will be awarded in the
unclaimed prize draw.
 Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Instant Prizes:
 Winners will be notified immediately if they have won on screen upon entry form submission,
subject to verification.
 Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.

 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard

months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-

The Winning Moments Prize and Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form
submission, subject to verification. The Winning Moments Prize and Instant Prize winners will also be
sent an email verifying their winner notification and will be provided with instructions on how to
redeem their prize. Winning Moments Prize 1 winners will also be published at
www.vbknockoffclock.com.au within seven (7) days of being determined.
The Game Prize winner will be contacted via email and phone and published at

Unclaimed
Prizes:
In the event of an unclaimed Game Prize, the Promoter may at its discretion assign the Game Prize to
the next entry on the leaderboard or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is under no
obligation to award any unclaimed Game Prize(s).
A second chance draw will be held for unclaimed Winning Moments Prizes 1 and 2. The unclaimed prize
draw will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm AEST on
07/08/26. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and phone and (if
applicable) the Winning Moments Prize 1 winner(s) will be published at www.vbknockoffclock.com.au
by 14/08/25. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or
entrant is drawn.
If there are no prize winner(s) or winner(s) for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be available online. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule) and that entry into
the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in
these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Where applicable, entries
are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the
entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Stores, agencies/companies directly associated with
the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion,

distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
