From March 1st 2026 – August 31st 2026, Bushmans will be running a game of skill promotion eligible in NSW, ACT, SA, VIC & QLD. Purchase of a Bushmans, OzPoly or Aqualine tank is required, and entries will be judged on merit.

The below is up for grabs and could be yours!:

One (1) Trekker VBP aluminium tinny boat;
One (1) Mercury 9.9hp motor; and
One (1) trailer

    Simply purchase any Bushmans, OzPoly or Aqualine tank between March 1 2026 – August 31 2026

All competition entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST September 30th 2026. Any entries received after this date will be deemed invalid. The purchase date is determined by the date of purchase printed on the reseller’s tax invoice submitted as proof of purchase.

3. Entry to the promotion is open to all Australian Citizens and Residents aged 18 years and over
who fulfil the entry requirements (“Eligible Entrants”).
4. Directors, management, employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, retailers,
suppliers, associated entities, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
participate.
5. How to Enter

To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
a) Purchase any qualifying Bushmans, OzPoly and/or Aqualine tank from Bushmans directly or
from an authorised and participating Bushmans reseller within Australia during the Promotional
Period; and
b) Scan the QR code provided on promotional material or visit the entry page at:

c) Submit an original written response of 100 words or less answering the following question:
“What would winning this tinny mean to you, and how would it fit into your Australian lifestyle?”
The purchase date is determined by the date shown on the tax invoice. Proof of purchase must
be retained and may be requested for verification purposes.
6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per order, regardless of the number of tanks purchased in that
order.

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid
entry will be judged individually based on its merit.
8. Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter and based on the following criteria:
• Creativity and originality

• Relevance to the question
• Emotional impact and storytelling
• Quality and clarity of written expression
Each entry will be assessed holistically against the above criteria at the judges’ discretion.
9. Promotional Period
The promotional period to purchase a water tank commences at 8:00am EST on 1 March 2026
and closes at 6:00pm EST on 31 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
10. Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
11. Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter and will take place at 15 Cb Fisher
Drive, Cavan SA 5094 within 10 business days of entries closing, and no later than 14 October 2026.
12. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of judging.
If the winner does not respond or does not claim the prize within 5 business days of being
notified, the prize will be deemed forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an
alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. Publication
The winner’s name and state of residence may be published on Bushmans’ website and official
Bushmans social media pages.
14. Prize Details & Delivery
The prize is one (1) aluminium tinny boat package, which includes:
one (1) Trekker VBP 385 aluminium tinny boat;
one (1) Mercury 9.9hp motor; and
one (1) trailer
The total prize value is up to $11,500 AUD (RRP).
The prize will be made available to the winner within 10 weeks of winner confirmation, subject
to availability and logistics. Delivery location must be within SA, VIC, ACT, QLD and NSW.
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form
of compensation. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be
entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or
other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated, or
tampered with in any way. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at
the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner
and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of
the prize. The value of each prize is accurate as at the date of application for permits (if any) for
this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize
after that date. If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the
approval of the gaming authorities in each state or territory (if applicable)
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by
negligence) because of accepting and/or using a promotional product, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
17. The Promoter, its associated agencies, distributors and the agencies, and any companies
associated with this promotion, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation,
indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or
death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by
any person in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a promotional product,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to
the minimum allowable by law).
18. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter, its associated agencies, distributors and
the agencies, any companies associated with this promotion, will not be liable for any damage
to the promotional product during transit or be liable for any damage that occurs to the
promotional product once received
