8. Entry Method

Code Word
During the Promotion Period, entrants must watch the show titled “MasterChef” on Network 10
between 7:00pm (local time) and 8:30pm (local time), between Sunday 19 April 2026 and Wednesday
29 April 2026 (Show) and obtain the different daily code word displayed on screen (Code Word).
For the avoidance of doubt, if MasterChef does not air on any day during the Promotion Period, then a
Code Word will not be broadcast that day.

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer the below questions in 25 words or less:
“What was the MasterChef codeword?”
AND
“What are you loving about MasterChef?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer the
below questions in 25 words or less:
“What was the MasterChef codeword?”
AND
“What are you loving about MasterChef?”

All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Code Word provided by an entrant is incorrect (as determined by
the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), their Website or Nova Player App Entry will be deemed
invalid for the purposes of the Promotion.
Appear On-Air:
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) The Promoter will select up to twenty-five (25) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’
entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all
valid Website and Nova Player App Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) Representatives of the Promoter will contact the Selected Entrants on their personal mobile
number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
(c) If a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone by the time it goes to voicemail and
participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion, they will be awarded a
Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
(d) If the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause
(c) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are
inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, that Selected Entrant will not be awarded
a Prize and the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to select the next
‘best’ entry (in accordance with the Judging Criteria) in the manner provided in clauses (b) to
(c);
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to twenty-five (25) entrants deemed winners throughout
the Promotion Period.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Weekdays during the Promotion Period between 2:00pm AEST and 4:00pm AEST
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact

Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 1:00pm AEST Thursday 30 April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

There are twenty-five (25) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x AUD $1,000 (incl. GST) Coles Supermarket Voucher
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,000 (incl. GST).
