TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By entering Sunrise x Outback Spirit ‘Share your Sunrise Snaps’ Competition (“Competition”), you agree to the
following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older, where the
Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Outback Spirit Tours (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and
any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
Winner must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid Winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 24th April 2026 at 05:30am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 30th April 2026 at 12.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Head to the designated competition page on the Sunrise website (www.sunrise.com.au) and
register their full name, address (including postcode), date of birth, a valid email address and
telephone number and;
b) c) Submit a photo of a sunrise and;
Submit an answer to the competition question, “Share your sunrise snap with us and tell us in
25 words or less why you want to explore the Kimberley with Outback Spirit?”
d) Tick the checkbox confirming they are available for a phone or video call from Sunrise between the hours of 5:30am-9:00am on Friday 1st May 2026.
Entries must be received by Thursday 30th April 2026 at 12.00pm (AEST).
Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
other parties.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The
prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their
entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive
or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered
ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no
correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that
may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues
occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as
possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry
will be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the competition period who will receive
the following prize:

4.2 4.3 TOTAL MAXIMUM PRIZE POOL VALUE: UP TO $32,380.00 AUD
Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize, including cash.
This prize has no official resale value and may not be authentic if purchased from a third party. Prizes
may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes
without the written consent of The Seven Network.
4.4 In participating in the prizes, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial
activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and
photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such
footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such
use.
4.5 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.6 Winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the
prize winning.
4.7 Winner should seek advice on obtaining any valid insurance that may be required in relation to the
Prize.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) (and any companions) may be required to sign
a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4.10 The Prize must be used between May 2027 and September 2027. The Winner must confirm their
preferred travel dates with the Promoter within 90 days of winner notification, subject to availability.
4.11 4.12 The Winner and their guest must be aged 18 years and above.
The flight portion of the prize will be taken with the airline of the Sponsor’s choice, on a return,
economy service only. Any upgrades or changes will be at the Winners expense. Flights are subject to
booking availability. The Flights are valid from the airport in the Winner’s nearest domestic capital city
airport, to either Broome or Darwin Aiport, depending on the departure date at the Sponsors’
discretion. All flights are subject to the chosen airline’s terms and conditions. Flights are subject to
availability and will be booked at the discretion of the promoter. The Major prize includes economy
airfares and taxes. Flights are valid on the most direct route. Stopovers are not permitted.
4.13 If the Winner lives within 100KM of either Broome Airport or Darwin Aiport, they will forfeit that leg
of the flight element of their prize, at the discretion of the Promoter and the Sponsor.
4.14 4.15 Prize travel cannot be split. The Winner and their companion must complete the Prize together.
The Major Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Outback Spirit as listed here
https://www.outbackspirittours.com.au/terms-conditions/. Any upgrades or additions will and will be
charged to the customer.
4.16 Some tours included in the Major Prize include flight transfers and scenic experiences by fixed-wing
aircraft or helicopter. Please note, maximum passenger weight limits apply on all flights, ranging from
120 kg to 136 kg, depending on the specific tour and aircraft safety limits.
4.17 Passengers are required to have a reasonable level of mobility to be able to board and alight the coach
unaided. Due to space restrictions aboard our coaches, we are unable to accommodate passengers
who require the use of wheelchairs or walkers. Our vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair ramps
or lifters. Passengers requiring physical or mental assistance must be accompanied by a companion
who is willing and capable of providing such assistance.
4.18 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner
does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time

stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable

The Prize is subject to booking availability.
The Winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any
requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation that they require.
The Winner and their companions are responsible for all unspecified costs relating to the Prizes,
including insurance, additional taxes, in-room and minibar charges, meals and transport, including
flights, not included as part of the Prize, as specified in 4.1. Any other charges throughout the stay,
including any in-room and minibar charges, must be paid for by the guests on the day of check-out.
Excess baggage, and items of a personal nature are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
The Winner and their companions may be required to present their credit card at any stage of the Prize
for any incidental damages.
The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any
part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result
(including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
Once confirmed in writing, change of dates may require extra fees. The Promoter and the Prize
Suppliers do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these
fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
The Promoter, the Prize Suppliers and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or
individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
