Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number: Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or all of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the prompt:
“Tell us what your mum (or a mum in your life) means to you and why.
”
AND/OR
Smooth Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Smooth Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“Tell us what your mum (or a mum in your life) means to you and why.
”
All valid Website and Smooth Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Entrants May Be Invited To Record Entry On-Air
At various times throughout the Promotion Period, representatives of the Promoter may contact
entrants off-air on either their personal mobile number or home phone number (not a business
number) (Personal Contact Number) and invite them to record the contents of their entry for the
purposes of being broadcast on-air (Recorded Entrant).
By entering this Promotion, an entrant consents to their voice, name, image, location, content of their
entry and any other information submitted to the Promoter being broadcast on-air and/or published in
any form of media by the Promoter, the Promotion’s prize supplier, Smart Speaker Platform (if
applicable), hosting and online platform providers or technical providers (such as Wayin) and any
promotional partners associated with the Promotion.
For the avoidance of doubt, Recorded Entrants will not be awarded a Prize as a result of their
participation in an on-air segment. Use or any publication of entries during or after the Promotion Period
(in any form of media) does not mean that an entrant has been selected as a winner in the Promotion,
and that entrant may not be awarded a Prize.
Appear on-air for the purposes of prize announcement
Between 7:00am and 10:00am on Monday 11 May 2026:
a. Representatives of the Promoter will select up to one (1) entrants judged to have submitted
the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion) from all valid Website and Smooth Player App Entries submitted up until that stage
during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
b. Representatives of the Promoter will contact the Selected Entrant/s on their Personal Contact
Number;
c. if the Selected Entrant participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion,
they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion);
d. If for any reason a Selected Entrant declines to, or is otherwise unable to appear on-air, or
their phone line drops out, or the announcers are unable to hear the Selected Entrant on the
phone line, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that
Selected Entrant by selecting another Selected Entrant and inviting them to appear on-air in
accordance with clauses (b) and (c). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant
confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air.
There will be up to one (1) Selected Entrant deemed winner and awarded a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air
or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).

Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and each entrant grants the Promoter the
right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
- Between 7:00am to 10:00am AEST on Monday 11 May 2026
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Participation as a Recorded Entrant
For the avoidance of doubt, participating as a Recorded Entrant, as described in the Entry Method,
does not mean the entrant will be awarded the Prize. All entrants will be judged according to the
Judging Criteria and will be announced on Monday 11 May 2026.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) by 10:00am AEST Monday 11 May 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

There is up to one (1) prize to be won, comprising of:
• AUD $5,000 cash (excl. GST).
The Prize is valued at up to AUD $5,000 (excl. GST).
