8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:

(Live In 3D)' + what is your favourite song!?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“Why do you deserve to attend an EXCLUSIVE screening of 'Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour
(Live In 3D)' + what is your favourite song!?”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) (b) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the
following question off-air:
“Why do you deserve to attend an EXCLUSIVE screening of 'Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour
(Live In 3D)' + what is your favourite song!?”
All valid Website, Nova Player App, and Phone Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.

At various times during the Promotion Period, representatives of the Promoter will select up to fifteen
(15) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries
submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant), will deem them a Minor
Prize Winner and will award them a Minor Prize

(a) At various times during the Promotion Period, representatives of the Promoter will:
select a further ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova
Player App Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Challengers);
(b) contact the Challengers on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a
business number) (Personal Contact Number) to invite them to appear on-air and participate in an
On-Air Challenge.
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(c) the Promoter will have a number of predetermined trivia questions (Questions);
(d) the Promoter will invite up to two (2) Challengers to appear on-air in the same contesting spot;
(e) the Challengers will be asked to use their name as their buzzer (or some other method to identify
which Challenger will get to answer each relevant Question, as specified on-air at the time of
contesting);
(f) the first Challenger to ‘buzz-in’ using the specified method when asked a Question (as determined
by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will have the opportunity to answer first;
(g) if that Challenger answers a Question correctly (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be awarded one (1) point;
(h) If that Challenger does not answer the Question correctly, the other Challenger participating in
the On-Air Challenge will have the opportunity to answer the same Question. If the other
Challenger answers the question correctly, they will be awarded one (1) point. If the other
Challenger does not answer the Question correctly, neither Challenger will receive a point and the
on-air announcer will continue to the next Question;
(i) Representatives of the Promoter will repeat subclauses (f) to (h) until a Challenger has been
awarded three (3) points;
(j) the first Challenger to be awarded three (3) points (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion)
will be deemed the Major Prize Winner of the relevant contesting spot and will be awarded a
Major Prize.
(k) For the avoidance of doubt, the Challenger in the On-Air Challenge who was not deemed winner
of the relevant contesting spot will not be awarded a Minor Prize or a Major Prize.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to a Challenger during a
contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, five (5) Challengers will be deemed Major Prize Winners and awarded a
Major Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air

Entrants may only submit guesses in the On-Air Challenge as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses
submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00am AEDT and 5:00pm AEDT on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
Major Prize Winner and awarded a Major Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 4:00pm AEST Tuesday 5 May 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

Entries
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize

Minor Prize
There are up to fifteen (15) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:

• Two (2) x tickets to Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour (Live In 3D) to be shared by the
winner and one (1) companion between Tuesday 5 May 2026 and Wednesday 6 May 2026 in
Melbourne, VIC at a location, date and time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of
winning, valued at up to AUD $100 (incl. GST) (Event)
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl. GST).
Major Prize
There are up to five (5) Major Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x Chrissie Swan Show Bumbag, valued at up to AUD $10 (incl GST) (Bumbag); and
• Two (2) x tickets to Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour (Live In 3D) to be shared by the
winner and one (1) companion between Tuesday 5 May 2026 and Wednesday 6 May 2026 in
Melbourne, VIC at a location, date and time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of
winning, valued at up to AUD $100 (incl. GST) (Event)
Each Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $110 (incl. GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If a Major Prize Winner ordinary resides in SA, WA, QLD or NSW, the winner will be awarded a Domestic
Travel Prize in addition to the Prize. The Domestic Travel Prize will not be awarded if the Major Prize
Winner’s ordinary state of residence is VIC. For the avoidance of doubt, Minor Prize Winners will not be
awarded a Domestic Travel Prize (regardless of their ordinary state of residence)
Each Domestic Travel Prize will consist of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that
they ordinarily reside to Melbourne, VIC (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) for the
winner and one (1) companion, to be confirmed at the time of winning; and
• One (1) x night in minimum three (3) star accommodation in Melbourne, VIC to be
determined and specified by the Promoter, to be shared by the winner and one (1)
companion (Accommodation).
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl. GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at
the location of the Event as advised by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the
Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms & Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any venue/ticket terms of entry and/or ticket terms and conditions.
No Transfer Component
It is the Prize winner and Prize winner companion’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the
venue to attend the Event. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize.
Event at Discretion of the Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event awarded to the winner is at the
sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $14,550 (incl GST).
15. Notification of Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 4:30pm AEST Tuesday 5 May 2026.
