Full Terms and Conditions:

1. This Best&Less Mother’s Day May 2026 Competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Best&Less Pty Limited (ABN 29 003 724 696) (“Best&Less”) (4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138). Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility – To be eligible to participate you must:

Be a Best&Less ‘Friends Club’ member; and

Have a valid, opted-in email address and first name associated with your ‘Friends Club’ membership at both the time of entry and 28 calendar days after the corresponding draw; and
Be an Australian resident and aged 18 years and over; and
Not be an employee, contractor, agent or otherwise affiliated (including their immediate families) with Best&Less or connected to the Competition in any way.
Entrants are responsible for providing correct contact details at the time of entry. There is no entry ‘fee’ into the Competition (however Best&Less is not liable for any costs incurred by you in entering this Competition). Entrants that meet the eligibility will be limited to one entry in the Competition. One winner will be drawn from all eligible entries.

3. How to enter:

Online at www.bestandless.com.au/pages/fc-competition – enter your details in the Mother’s Day May 2026 competition form and sign up or resubscribe to Friends Club.
Entries into the Competition will be limited to one (1) entry per person so that each entrant has a random and equal chance to be drawn. Best&Less is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries.

4. Key Dates - The opening date for the Competition is 8:30am (AEST) on Thursday 23 April 2026 and the closing date is 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 10 May 2026 (“Competition Period”). All entries must be received within the Competition Period.

5. Prize – There will be eight prizes to be won during the Competition. Each prize consists of:

One (1) Best&Less gift card valued at $500 to be used during a shopping day at a Best&Less store of the winner’s choice (subject to store availability in the winner’s state/territory).

Total prize pool valued at $4,000.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, Best&Less reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. Best&Less’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner selection – The Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The draw will take place at 2:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at Level 4, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes NSW 2138 (“Draw Date”).

The winners will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw Date. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond, or does not claim the prize, Best&Less may select a replacement winner.

The winners will be published including last name, first initial and postcode on www.bestandless.com.au from Wednesday 20 May 2026 for a period of at least 30 days.

7. Prize claim & Unclaimed Prize Draw:

The prize must be claimed by 2:00pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2026.

If the prize is not claimed by this time and date, an unclaimed prize draw will be carried out at 3:00pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2026 at 4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138.

The winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw will be published including last name, first initial and postcode on www.bestandless.com.au for at least 30 days.

8. Costs and expenses – You will be responsible for all costs in relation to entering the Competition and redeeming the prize. The winner is advised that tax implications may arise from the prize and independent financial advice should be obtained prior to acceptance of the prize.

9. Modification of terms – Subject to statutory restrictions, Best&Less reserves the right to modify, discontinue or extend this Competition at any time and will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of changes where practical. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability.

10. Privacy – Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this Competition and handled in accordance with the Best&Less privacy policy available at www.bestandless.com.au/privacypolicy.

11. Disqualification – Best&Less reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and identity of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in misleading or fraudulent behaviour.

12. Legal – You enter the Competition at your own risk. Best&Less will not be responsible for any loss or damage except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Jurisdiction - This Competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales.

14. Australian Consumer Law – Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
