Entry Restrictions: Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents currently living in Australia, aged 18 years
and over who fulfil the entry requirements.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the
agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
“Immediate families” includes a spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, step-parent, child or step-child (whether
natural or adopted), sibling or step-sibling (whether natural or adopted), grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or
cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
Promotion Period: Starts at 12:00am AEST on 24/05/2026. Ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2026.
Entry Mechanic: Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete the following steps:
a) Purchase any Participating Smith’s Product (defined below), from any retailer nationally.
b) Visit www.smithswin.com.au and follow the prompts to the competition entry page;
c) Input their Particpating Smith’s Product’s Best Before Date (located on the front of packs);
d) Tick the box to confirm acceptance of these Terms of Entry and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, and tick the
box to acknowledge that, if selected as a winner of a trip prize, they must respond to the winner
notification/verification within 72 hours; and then
e) Submit the fully completed entry form.
Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant winner of a prize. All winners
of an instant prize are subject to verification .
Entries are deemed to be received at the time and on the date that they are received by the Promoter. Each
entrant must create their own entry and only submit an entry in their own name.
Participating Smith’s Products are any promotionally branded, or non-promotionally branded Smith’s
Chips or Crackers pack in any flavour variant.
Entrants must retain either their purchase receipt or their Participating Smith’s Product packaging (if a
receipt is not provided) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all
entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
Maximum Number of Entries:
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction; and (b)
a maximum of three (3) entries are permitted per person per day.

up to AU$41,032.62 depending on point of departure. Prize is for two (2) adults and includes:
Return economy airfares for two (2) adults from winners nearest Australian capital city to Sydney (with
connecting flights or overnight accomm in SYD) then onto New York City. For winners that do not reside in
Sydney, the prize will also include one (1) night pre-accommodation near Sydney Airport on 16/07/2026 - twin
share (or similar) with breakfast included, if a connecting flight cannot be arranged. For clarity prize must be
taken between 17/07/20206 and 24/07/2026 unless the winner is from outside of Sydney, NSW where the prize

Additional terms for 2026 FIFA World CupTM Final:
(i) Only one (1) Trip to the 2026 FIFA World CupTM Final in New York^ prize is permitted per person (excluding
SA residents).
(ii) Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance,
passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature,
in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
(iii) Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2026 FIFA World CupTM Final Match event with flights departing
Sydney on 17/07/2026 and is subject to booking and flight availability.
(iv) Winners and their companion/s are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any
requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs, delays
or forfeiture of the prize resulting from a winner or their companion failing to obtain the appropriate travel
documentation.
(v) Entrants must assess their eligibility to obtain an ESTA visa waiver to enter the United States prior to
claiming the prize. If a winner or their companion reasonably believes they may be ineligible for an ESTA
visa waiver, they must notify the Promoter within 72 hours of receiving the Prize Validation. Failure to do so
may result in forfeiture of the prize at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter strongly recommends that
entrants check their eligibility to enter the United States, prior to entry, by visiting https://esta.visasyst.com.
(vi) Winners and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part
of the prize. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
(vii) The 2026 FIFA World CupTM Final Match ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and
conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly
reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but
not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

*Ancillary costs associated with redeeming an Uber Voucher are not included. Each Uber Voucher is single use. Any
unused balance of an Uber Voucher will not be awarded as cash or credits (including for any further Uber purchase).
Redemption of an Uber Voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer. To redeem an Uber Voucher, the
Uber Voucher code must be applied to the wallet section of the Uber App prior to requesting a service. If you are
eligible to receive multiple Uber Vouchers, your first voucher must be used before the second voucher can be loaded
to your Uber Eats account; and so forth. Uber Eats Voucher(s) are valid from the issue date and expire 24 months
from date of issue.

Notification of Winner(s): Entrants will find out instantly online if they’re a provisional winner of a prize (message
revealed on screen). All prize claims are subject to verification. The provisional winner will only be confirmed as a

Prize Delivery: Physical prizes will be delivered to the winner(s) within twenty-eight (28) days of verification.
Unclaimed Prize Draw 1: If a winning entry for a 2026 FIFA World CupTM Final trip prize is deemed invalid, or if a
2026 FIFA World CupTM Final trip prize is not accepted or claimed by 11:00am AEST on 05/07/2026, the relevant
winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 11:00am AEST on
06/07/2026 at Roilti 51A, 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040, as necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to
any written directions given by any relevant authority. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve
entries, and record them in order, in case an invalid entrant or ineligible entry is drawn. Any winners in this draw will
be notified in writing and will have their first initial, surname and postcode published online at www.smithswin.com.au
on 10/07/2026. Winners of a 2026 FIFA World CupTM Final trip prize awarded in Unclaimed Prize Draw 1 (if any) will
have until 11:00am on 10/07/2026 to claim their prize and confirm their travel details.
Unclaimed Prize Draw 2: If a winning entry for a Soccer ball or Uber Eats Voucher prize are deemed invalid, or if a
Soccer ball or Uber Eats Voucher prize is not accepted or claimed by 26/08/2026, the relevant winner’s entry will be
deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 11:00am AEST on 27/08/2026 at Roilti 51A, 23
Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040 as necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by
any relevant authority. Any winners in this draw will be notified in writing and will have their first initial, surname and
postcode published online at www.smithswin.com.au on 04/09/2026.
Any unwon prizes during the Promotion Period will not be awarded in an Unclaimed Prize Draw and will be deemed
null and void.
TERMS OF ENTRY
These Terms of Entry must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain
terminology used in these Terms of Entry. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms
of Entry, the Schedule prevails.
Entry
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the
Promotion, entrants accept these Terms of Entry.
2. Entry is open only to entrants who comply with the Entry Restrictions. To enter the Promotion, entrants must
follow the Entry Mechanic.
3. Entrants may submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries. Entries must be received by the Promoter
during the Promotion Period.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible,
corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration,
tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

5. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or
telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether
due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
6. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
7. If an entry is deemed by the Promoter, in its discretion, as being an automated entry using any device or
software, it is prohibited and will render an entry invalid.
8. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and not eligible to win a prize.
Prize Allocation
9. The prize(s) will be awarded to the winner(s) drawn in accordance with the Prize Allocation. The Promoter’s
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Each prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity
and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, for an unlimited period without remuneration and
they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material in any medium throughout
the world.
11. If an entrant is unable to or refuses or fails to take part in any element of this Promotion, or a winning entry is
deemed not to comply with these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to discard that entrant’s entry and
proceed as if that entrant had not entered the Promotion.
Prize(s)
12. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winner(s).
13. The prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) in accordance with the Prize Delivery. Once any prize has left
the Promoter’s (or supplier’s) premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or
damage to the prize.
14. In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed, the prize will be distributed in accordance with the
Unclaimed Prize Allocation.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or
death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in
connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
16. The Promoter may require the winner(s) to verify their entry and provide proof of purchase (if applicable),
identity, age and/or residence at the nominated prize delivery address. Proof considered suitable for
verification is at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
17. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
determine the identity of the entrant.
18. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in
this Promotion by, any person who fails to provide adequate identification to the satisfaction of the Promoter,
or who tampers with or benefits from the manipulation of, or tampering with, the entry process or the
operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Terms of Entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts
with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
19. If, due to any reason whatsoever, the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won a prize that the
entrant has not complied with these Terms of Entry, that entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if
the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that entrant will be required, at the direction of the
Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the prize.
20. No prize is transferable or exchangeable, nor can it be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified. In the
event for any reason a winner does not take an element of any prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter

then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied for that element of
the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize.
21. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal
or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, substitute cash for any prize (the
amount of cash being equal to the prize value specified for that prize in the Schedule).
22. Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in some aspects of the Prize and that using the Prize
involves participating in potentially dangerous activities. By entering this Promotion and accepting the Prize,
entrants accept that risk. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner(s) (and their companion) may be
required to sign a release of liability form (provided by the Promoter) in favour of the Promoter and any other
parties involved in the Promotion. If a winner does not sign such a release of liability form within the time
requested by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the Prize.

23. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be

event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions

25. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of
infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, corrupts or affects the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory
regulation.
26. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or
ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be
honoured.
27. Without limiting any other paragraph, the Promoter may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion
or of these terms, subject to applicable laws.
28. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or
modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act
2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws
in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot
by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in
any way out of the promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all
liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or
third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
(whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the 2026 FIFA
World CupTM Final Match is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control
of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of any prize.
30. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion.
By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of
the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may use
this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services
including (where the entrant has opted in) contacting entrants via electronic messaging. The Promoter may

disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or
communicating with entrants. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to
entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot
guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the
promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy
Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard. Entrants can read the Promoter’s Privacy

31. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these Terms of Entry or the Schedule or in any
advertisement relating to this Promotion to ‘dollars’ or ‘$’ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.
