Each day of listening will score you another entry - basically, the more you listen on our app or website, the more chances you can win.

This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms

For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, listeners must visit the Website, register to become a logged in user, opt-in
to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the user registration page, and
complete the online entry form which will require the entrant to provide their details in the
manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the prompt:
“Tell us your favourite Robbie Williams song and why?”
To validate their Website Entry, entrants must listen to any of the Smooth station streams (Smooth 95.3,
Smooth 91.5, Smooth Brisbane, Smooth Adelaide, Smooth Perth) on the Website during the Promotion
Period. For the avoidance of doubt, if a user does not validate their entry or is not opted in to marketing
promotions and competition entry via the tick box on the user registration page, their entry will be
deemed invalid.
AND/OR
Smooth Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, listeners must download the Smooth Player App, register to become a
logged in user, opt-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick box on the user
registration page and complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the
manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the prompt:
“Tell us your favourite Robbie Williams song and why?”
To validate their Smooth Player App Entry, entrants must listen to any Smooth station (Smooth 95.3,
Smooth 91.5, Smooth Brisbane, Smooth Adelaide, Smooth Perth) on the Smooth Player App during the
Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, if a user does not validate their entry or is not opted in
to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick box on the user registration page, their
entry will be deemed invalid.

All valid Website and Smooth Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to five (5) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize (Selected
Entrant).
Selected Entrants may be invited to appear in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of being
selected as a Prize winner and/or being awarded a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion).
Selected Entrants may be deemed a Prize winner off-air and do not need to appear on-air for the
purposes of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
9. Entry Restrictions Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate either their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a
business number) (Personal Contact Number) to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant grants the
Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
10:00AM AEST and 6:00PM AEST on Friday 3 July 2026
If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant may not be eligible for a
Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, if
an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected
as a winner (where applicable) and they may not be awarded a Prize.
Replacing Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another
entrant.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as a winner and they may not be invited to be awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 3:00pm AEDT Friday 3 July 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There are five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to see Robbie Williams’ BRIT POP Tour live in concert in the nearest capital city
of the winner’s ordinary state of residence, each valued at up to AUD $199.90 (incl. GST)
(Event) at one of the below locations at a time and date to be specified by the Promoter at
the time of winning:
o SYDNEY: On a date and time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of winning
at Accor Stadium (Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127);
o MELBOURNE: On a date and time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of
winning at Marvel Stadium (740 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008);
o BRISBANE: On a date and time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of
winning at Suncorp Stadium (40 Castlemaine St, Milton QLD 4064);
o ADELAIDE: On a date and time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of
winning at Adelaide Oval (War Memorial Dr, North Adelaide SA 5006 ).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event and the tickets allocated to the
Prize winner by the Promoter is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed
to entrants at the time of winning. Winners will be awarded tickets to the Event in the nearest capital
city to the winner’s ordinary state of residence.
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $399.80 (incl. GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner ordinary resides in Western Australia, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic
Travel Prize in addition to their Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Domestic Travel Prize will not be
awarded if the Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW, VIC, QLD, or SA.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• two (2) x adult economy return airfares from winner’s nearest capital city airport in Western
Australia to Adelaide Airport, SA (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
• One (1) x night’s accommodation in a twin share at a minimum 3.5 star hotel to be
determined and specified by the Promoter, to be shared by the winner and their companion;
and
• One (1) x return transfers for the winner and their companion from the destination-airport to
their destination accommodation.
It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the Event.
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $2,343 (incl GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at
the location of the Event as advised by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the
Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms & Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any venue/ticket terms of entry and/or ticket terms and conditions.
Event at Discretion of the Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $4,142.10 (incl GST).
15. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 5:00pm AEST Friday 3 July 2026
