TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.4, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and
older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Coles Group Ltd (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
To be eligible to enter, entrants must be available for a live video call via Facetime or Zoom from Weekend Sunrise on Sunday 10th May 2026 between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00am (AEST).
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 3.2 The competition commences on Saturday 2nd May 2026 at 7:00am AEST and concludes on Saturday 9th May 2026 at 10:00am AEST (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Weekend Sunrise website and register their full name, state, postcode, email
address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page [Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why you deserve a voucher from Coles this Mother’s Day?”
• Tick the checkbox confirming they will be available for a live video call vis Facetime or Zoom
from Weekend Sunrise on Sunday 10th May 2026 between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00am
(AEST).
3.3 Entries must be received by Saturday 9th May 2026 at 10:00am AEST.
3.4 Entrants can enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
3.6 other parties.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not
be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable
and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not ve entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity,
will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s
sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Five (5) Prize Winners of the Competition (“Winners” or “Winner”). The prize
winners will be awarded one of the following Prizes:

4.3 4.4 4.5 4.6 4.7 The total prize pool is valued at up to $1,000.00 AUD (including GST). The Promoter or Sponsor
accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and
the ultimate redemption date.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included. These are the
responsibilities of the Winners.
The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be
taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not entitled to and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. Winners will receive their Coles Online Voucher to the email address listed in their competition entry form.
