Eligible Entrants

    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
    A valid Australian residential address must be provided to claim the prize.
    Employees of PERGOLUX and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

    Subscribe to PERGOLUX → +20 entries

Follow @pergolux.au on Instagram → +10 entries

    Comment and tag a friend on the Instagram post → +10 entries per friend tagged
    Complete all steps above → +20 bonus entries

Additional Entry Rules

    All valid entries will be included in the draw.
    Entrants may only enter once per email address and social media account.
    Unlimited entries permitted, provided each entry tags a different friend.
    Duplicate or ineligible entries will be disqualified.
    Entrants may only win once.

Winner Determination

    The winner will be selected at random using an electronic draw system.
    The draw will take place on 01/06/2026.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residency to claim the prize.

Further Prize Details

The pergola is supplied as a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) product. Installation is not included.

The prize includes delivery within Australia only.

    The winner is responsible for ensuring appropriate site preparation and installation.
    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
    Any additional costs outside of the stated prize (including installation or modifications) are the responsibility of the winner.
    If the selected pergola model is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification

    The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM within three (3) days of the draw.

The winner will also be announced publicly via @pergolux.au on Instagram.

    If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Unclaimed Prize

    If the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a redraw or withdraw the prize.

    By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    Entries are deemed received at the time they are recorded by the Promoter.
