Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter is United Convenience Buyers Pty Ltd, ABN 74 083 001 138, 103/447 Victoria
Street, Wetherill Park, NSW, 2164 (Promoter).
Entry restrictions
2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over located in Australia.
4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues,
agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter,
businesses involved in determination of the winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the
management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s
distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies
are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-
spouse, de-factco spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister
or 1st cousin.
5. The Promotion commences on the 7th of May, 2026 at 0900 (AEST) and closes 6th of June, 2026 at 1700 (AEST) (Promotion Period).
Eligibility & How to enter
6. To be eligible to enter the Promotion an entrant must:
(a) During the Promotion Period:
(i) Purchase any participating promotion in a single transaction from a participating
United Convenience Buyers store within Australia displaying advertising for this
Promotion (“Participating Venues”); Participating promotions will be labelled
with instore advertising material themed. “Win a Car or Cash Promotion.”
(ii) Visit the promotional website (by scanning the QR code advertised in store and
on marketing material); and fully complete and submit the online entry form
with their personal details as requested including the store (place of purchase)
postcode and upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying
transaction. Entrants can also play the virtual ‘scratch for a chance to win’ game.
Daily provisional winners will be notified instantly on screen when they play the
virtual scratch game, win a prize (and complete the entry form). Once their
purchase receipt is validated by the Promoter, they will be forwarded their prize.
All entries (including the Instant Prize winners) will also be entered into the
draws.
(b) Entrants must retain the physical invoice used to enter the Promotion until all prizes have
been announced, as proof of eligibility for entry.
Limitation on entry
7. There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant can submit if the entrant meets these Terms
and Conditions. 1 entry for each qualifying purchase.
Prizes
8. There are 5 daily prizes to be given away in this Promotion: $100 E-Gift Cards (digital) for 31 days. Valued at $15,500.00. The Major prize is the winner’s choice of one of the following options:

Model: 8VP52HC5JDD14626. Clear White Paint, compulsory third-party insurance,
stamp duty and dealer delivery charges included (which may vary from State to
State).Valued at AUD$48,549.00. The winner must collect the prize from the nearest
authorized KIA dealership in their capital city. Additional insurance, options, petrol and
all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner is, through any
legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the vehicle in their own name, then the
winner may assign the vehicle to another person (who consents to such assignment)
with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility
for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must
provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by
the Promoter before the vehicle is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that
the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the
Promoter in its discretion.

OR

Option 2: $ 30,000 paid by direct deposit to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in their name. Winner will need to provide proof of identity for the prize to be
awarded.

The total prize pool is valued up to AUD$64,049.00.

Daily prize winners are randomly selected via automatically generated selection. Drawing Approval
(No. 1426). The Major prize draw will take place at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port
Melbourne, VIC, 3207 at 12.00 noon on the 10th June, 2026 and will be drawn at random Approval
(No. 1296) The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or
entrant is drawn. Winner will be notified via email within seven (7)working days of the draw) and
will have their name (surname, first initial and postcode) announced on www.ucbstores.com.au
from the 12th June, 2026.
Prizes will be awarded by the Promoter approximately 30 days from winning.
E-Gift Cards prizes must be taken as offered and are non-redeemable for cash or other good or
services. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the terms and conditions of use of the E- Gift
Cards, as set by the issuer.
The Promoter will conduct a further draw, at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port
Melbourne, VIC, 3207 at 12.00 noon AEST as necessary on the 14th of September, 2026 at
12.00noon to distribute any prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant
legislation. If such a draw is required, the winner will be notified via email (within three (3)
working days of the draw) and will have their names (surname, first initial and postcode)
announced on www.ucbstores.com.au from the 18th September, 2026. Any questions relating to
this promotion must be directed in writing to The Promoter.
13. If a prize is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to a prize of equal or
greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
General Terms
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry and the eligibility of
an entrant (including their identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase), and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion (acting reasonably), to determine the identity and eligibility of the entrant.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further
participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering
with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these
conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass
any other person.
The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this Promotion, including the eligibility of an
entrant and the determination of any winner, is final and binding on every person who enters. No
correspondence will be entered into.
Should an entrant's contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's
responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an
entry should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or
receiving the benefit of a prize. The Prize value in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian
dollars and includes Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not
limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or
(b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate, subject to (if applicable)
the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or
modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act
2010, as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States
and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
24. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees,
the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
promotion.
Privacy and use of entrant’s information
25. 26. 27. 28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice, in the event they
are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including
any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting this
promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant's personal
information may be disclosed to representatives and agents acting on behalf of the Promoter or
assisting the Promoter in the administration of this promotion.
