(d) check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy;
and then (e) submit the fully completed online entry form (each an “Entry”).

Only Australian and New Zealand residents who are aged 18 or over. Who can’t enter? Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of
the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-
spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The promotion will run in all retailers (including online) in Australia and New Zealand that stock Tic Tac products (each a “Store”). To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase any eligible 24g, 38.5g or 49g Tic

How many winners will there be and how will they
be chosen?
There will be eight (8) minor draws (each a “Minor Draw”) and one (1) major
draw (“Major Draw”) conducted for this promotion. Subject to the start and end
time of this promotion, entries for each draw open at 12:00am AEST (2:00am
NZST) and close at 11:59pm AEST (1:59am NZST following day) on the dates
specified in the table below. All draws will take place at 2:30pm AEST (4:30pm
NZST) at KollwitzOwen Pty Ltd, Suite 251/10-20 Gwynne St Cremorne, VIC 3121
on the dates specified in the table below. Provisional winners will be notified in
writing via email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw and their
details (first initials, last names and postcodes) will be published on the Website
on the dates specified in the table below.

The first valid fourteen (14) entries in week One (1) and Eight (8) and the first twelve (12) valid entries in weeks Two (2) to Seven (7) drawn in each Minor Draw
will each win a Minor Prize (defined below).
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Draw will win the Major Prize (defined
below). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them
in order in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid. For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning entries in each Minor Draw will not be rolled over into any subsequent Minor Draws and all entries, winning and non-winning, will be placed into the Major Draw. There are a total of One hundred (100) minor prizes available to be won, with either twelve (12) or Fourteen (14) minor prizes awarded in each Minor Draw
(each a “Minor Prize”). Each Minor Prize consists of a $200 Ticketek voucher.
There will be one (1) major prize available to be won in the Major Draw (the “Major Prize”), consisting of an international music festival experience of the winner’s
choice for two (2) adults, for up to a maximum of five (5) nights.
The Major Prize will be awarded in the form of a $20,000 Free2Travel voucher
redeemable for flights, accommodation (maximum five (5) nights), tickets, day
tours, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, concerts, dining, special interest trips,
and any taxes involved in the bookings thereof. The travel voucher can only be
used once and must be used towards an international music festival of the winner’s
choice.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Ticketek voucher are not
included. Any unused balance of the Ticketek voucher will not be awarded as cash.
Redemption of the Ticketek voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the
issuer including those specified on the Ticketek voucher.
The chosen festival and ticket type are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The Promoter and Free2Travel do not guarantee the availability of tickets for any
specific festival, date, or seating category.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Free2Travel voucher are not
included. Any unused balance of the Free2Travel voucher will not be awarded as
cash. Redemption of the Free2Travel voucher is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Free2Travel voucher.
Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Prize must be taken to coincide with the winner’s chosen international music festival
and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and their companion/s
are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas,
vaccinations and travel documentation.
The winner and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same
departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the
prize.

Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service
providers.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation
check in.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of
disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions
from a relevant regulatory authority.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat
class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation
partner. Voucher must be redeemed 12 months from the date when the winner is
drawn. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-
2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on
acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel
Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for any
amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and
ticketed. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees
associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Any
additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other
ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance
excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the
responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions
as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organize transport to/from the airport
departure/return point.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted
per transaction, regardless of how many Eligible Products are purchased in that
transaction in excess of one (1); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and
in accordance with entry requirements; (c) a maximum of one (1) entry per person
per day is permitted and (d) a maximum of one (1) Minor Prize is permitted per
person (excluding SA residents).
For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple Eligible Products are purchased in a single
Qualifying Purchase, the entrant is only entitled to one (1) entry for that Qualifying
Purchase.
Provisional winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the
relevant draw.
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
• Copy of purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase.
If you do not produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the
Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. If, in
the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another
person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Prize claim date: 1:30pm (AEST) (3:30pm (NZST)) on 15/07/2026.
Unclaimed prize draw: 2:30pm (AEST) (4:30pm (NZST)) on 16/07/2026 at the
same location as the original draws.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize claim date above or if,
after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a winner (or a
winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize claim date above, that winner
will forfeit their prize and the Promoter will carry out an Unclaimed prize draw at
the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s, subject to
any directions from a regulatory authority.
Any provisional winner/s, of the unclaimed prize draw, will be notified by email
and in writing within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their

details (first initials, last names and postcodes) will be published on the Website
on 20/07/2026.
Collection and
use of your
personal
information
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other
promotional activity as the Promoter reasonably requires, without any
compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any
promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the
promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including
but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as
required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this
PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy,
which can be viewed at https://www.tictac.com/au/en/privacy-policy/. In addition to
any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may,
for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional,
marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic
messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains
information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI,
how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or
any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries
become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the
Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list
of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that
any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By
entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms
as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is
not liable in this regard.
