1. When is the promotion period for this offer?
Big Night In 2026 starts at 00:01 AEST on 20/05/2026 and ends at 23:59 AEST on
30/06/2026.
2. Am I eligible to enter the promotion?
You must be an Australian resident aged 16 or over, and an existing Everyday
Rewards member with a registered card and a valid email address linked to your
account to be eligible. Temporary Everyday Rewards cards are excluded.
●You must remain an active Everyday Rewards member at the time of the prize
draw, or you will forfeit the prize.
Entrants under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to enter the
promotion and claim a prize.
Employees involved in the promotion's conduct or management are ineligible
to enter.
3. I am not an Everyday Rewards member, but I want to enter.
To participate, you must be an Everyday Rewards member with a registered Everyday
Rewards Card and a valid email address linked to your Everyday Rewards account.

4. How do I enter the promotion?
To enter, your must:
Be an Eligible Entrant (see above);
Purchase 3 participating products in a single transaction in-store at any
Woolworths Supermarket, Woolworths Metro or online via Woolworths Online
(exclusions apply, see below) and
Scan your registered Everyday Rewards Card at the checkout or enter your
details online prior to finalising your transaction.
5. What purchases are excluded?
Purchases made via MILKRUN, Everyday Market and MPOS are excluded from the
promotion.
6. What are the participating products?
All products from the participating brands are included. You can explore the full list
of brands on woolworths.com.au/BNI.
7. Why are Everyday Market products excluded from the promotion?
Everyday Market products are sold and shipped by Everyday Market partners,
whereas this promotion is exclusive to participating products sold directly from
Woolworths.
8. What is Mobile POS (MPOS)?
MPOS is a handheld device that our in-store team members use in Woolworths Metro
to finalise customer transactions. This system is deployed on rare occasions to
manage congestion when our stores are busy and both self-checkouts and manned
checkouts are backlogged.
9. What do I do if I purchase the participating products, but forget to scan my Everyday
Rewards Card or input my Everyday Rewards Card number before making the
purchase?
If you forget to scan you will not be entered into the competition. An entry only
qualifies where you scan your Everyday Rewards Card in-store or enter your Everyday
Rewards Card number online before making the purchase.
10. Do I need to keep my physical receipts in connection to the promotion?
Winners must retain a copy of their receipt. However, you do not need to keep your
physical receipts, as your eReceipts are saved in your Everyday Rewards account
when you scan your card at checkout, or link your card to your online account.
ENTRIES AND CHANCES TO WIN
11. How many times can I enter the Major Prize Draws?
Everyday Rewards Members can receive a maximum of 1 entry per day, or 42 entries
across the promotional period. Therefore, if you have 5 entries across the
promotional period, you will have 5 chances to win.
12. Do multiple entries increase my chance of winning a major prize?
Yes, the more times you enter the greater the chance you have of winning a major
prize as your entries accumulate across the 6 week promotion.
13. Is there a limit to the number of Daily Prizes I can win during the promotional
period?
Daily Prizes are limited to one per customer per day during the promotion period.

Instant Points Prizes: 2,000 Everyday Rewards points (valued at $10).
The Everyday Rewards points convert to dollars off your shop in your Everyday
Rewards account when your Rewards choice is Automatic Savings or Bank for
Christmas, or if your Rewards Choice is Qantas Points, they will convert to Qantas
Points.

There are over 310,000 prizes to be won, valued at $1,147,130.
16. Can the Major Prizes, such as the travel package or TV, be transferred to another
person or exchanged for cash?
The prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable.
WINNING, NOTIFICATION, AND CLAIMING
17. When are the prizes drawn?
There are three types of prize draws:
Daily Prize Draws: Provisional winners are drawn daily at 10:30am AEST
during the promotional period weeks. A “provisional winner” is an eligible
entrant selected daily as part of the Daily Prize Draw who must complete the
qualifying transaction the following day to claim their instant prize.
Major Prize Draw: This draw will be conducted at 10:30am AEST on 14/07/2026.
Final Prize Draw: Any undistributed Daily Prizes will be allocated to a final
prize draw at the end of the promotional week. The Instant Prizes remaining
at 00:00 AEST on 07/07/2026 will be included in this final prize draw.
18. How do I find out if I am a winner?
Daily Prize Draw: In-store winners will know immediately at the checkout or on their
receipt/e-receipt that they have won an Instant Prize. Online winners will be notified
via their online account when their order is finalised. Winners will also get a
confirmation email or an in-app notification.
Major Prize Draw: Winners will be emailed within 7 days of the Major Prize Draw.
They may also be called on the phone number linked to their Everyday Rewards
account.
Final Prize Draw: Winners will receive a confirmation email and/or an in-app
notification. Their surname, initial, state, and postcode will also be published online at
www.woolworths.com.au/bn.
Winners will be published online at www.woolworths.com.au/bni for a minimum of 28
days from the date they are drawn as a winner of the relevant draw.
19. How do I claim my prize?
The way to claim your prize depends on whether you are a Major Prize Winner or a
Daily Prize Winner.
Major Prize Winners:
Winners of the Major Prize Draws must confirm their details and accept the prize via
the website linked in the email sent to them within 14 days of being notified.
Daily Prize Winners:

Instant Product Prizes:

In-store winners will be able to claim their prize during their next
in-store shop. If you win a product prize while shopping in the store,
you need to complete the transaction to claim the prize, then collect it
in your next shop. You do not need to purchase anything to redeem
your prize; simply collect it from the store and go to the register to
process your win. The prize will come up as zero dollars when you
scan the correct product and your Everyday Rewards Card.

Online product winners will need to go to a physical store to claim
their prize.

Instant Points Prizes: The 2,000 Everyday Rewards points will be
automatically loaded to your Everyday Rewards account within 7 days after
the winner notification.
20. Why can’t I claim my prize in my online order?

To keep your online shopping experience smooth and streamlined, prize redemptions
are handled exclusively in person.
Simply pop in to your local Woolworths or Metro Store, pick up your prize off the shelf
and head to a manned or self-checkout to claim your prize. Scan the item and your
Everyday Rewards Card and finalise your transaction - it will come up as free in the
system. You can claim your prize while completing another shop, or on its own - no
other purchase is necessary to claim your prize.
21. I won an Instant Product Prize and I went to claim my prize in store, but it isn’t
coming up as free in the point of sale system. What should I do?
If your Instant Product prize is not scanning as free, please ensure you have followed
the redemption steps.

Claim in a separate transaction. You cannot claim your prize in the same
transaction where you were notified of the win as the prize is not instantly
added to your Everyday Rewards account until after the winning transaction is
finalised. If you attempt to collect the product in the same shop, our Point of
Sale (POS) system will not yet recognise it as a winning product and it will not
scan as free.
Collect the exact product. When you return to claim your prize, ensure you
have collected the exact product you won. The system will only recognise
your allocated prize. For example, if you won the Red Bull White Peach Edition
250ml, the Red Bull Lilac Edition 250ml will not come up as free. You can
confirm the exact prize details on your receipt/e-receipt, winner email, or in
the Everyday Rewards App.
Scan your Everyday Rewards Card. After collecting the correct product, make
sure you scan your Everyday Rewards Card before finalising the transaction,
as the win is directly tied to your Everyday Rewards account.
Verify redemption conditions. Prizes must be claimed at a Woolworths
Supermarket or Metro Store and can only be redeemed once.
22. What if the Instant Product Prize I won is out of stock when I try to redeem it?
If the product prize is unavailable in-store, you can visit another store to check
availability and claim the prize, or return to your preferred store on a subsequent day.
Winners must claim their prize by Wednesday, 23 September 2026.
23. I don’t want to claim my prize. What should I do?
You can choose not to claim a prize you have won. If you choose not to claim a prize,
you do not need to collect your Instant Product Prize in-store, or follow the steps for
redeeming the prize set out in the email informing you that you are a winner.
