Terms and Conditions:

The 2026 Queensland Day All the Best Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is conducted by the State of Queensland acting through the Department of the Premier and Cabinet ABN 65 959 415 158, 1 William Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000 (“State”)
Persons accept these terms and conditions by participating in this Prize Draw.
This Prize Draw commences at Thursday 2 April 2026 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on 28 May 2026 (“Entry Period”)
This Prize Draw is only open to individuals who:
enter the prize draw (“Entry”) for the All the Best competition during the Entry Period
place at least one vote for All the Best competition
as at 6 June 2026 are aged 18 years or over (“Entrant”)
To be eligible to win a prize (“Eligible Entry”), the Entry must:
not be an Entry from an employee of the State involved in the administration of the All the Best Prize Competition or this Prize Draw or a member of their immediate family;
include the Entrant’s name and email address.
One vote equals one Entry.
The State may, at any time accept, reject or remove any Entry that it considers, in its absolute discretion, is inappropriate or is not an Eligible Entry.
The Queensland Day All the Best Prize Draw prize (“Prize”) is a prize pack including:
4x All World Annual Passes to the value of $676
1x SkyPoint Dining Experience to the value of $150
1x Flight Centre Travel Voucher to the value of $1,000
The total Prize pack is valued up to $1,826.
Prize is subject to Dreamworld, SkyPoint and Flight Centre terms and conditions from time of voting, including Terms of Use available here: Terms & conditions | Dreamworld (“Dreamworld Terms”), Terms and Conditions | SkyPoint (“SkyPoiny Dining Experience”) and Gift Card Terms of Use for Flight Centre (“Flight Centre Terms”). The Prize must be used according to Dreamworld Terms and Conditions (“Dreamworld Terms”), SkyPoint Dining Experience Terms and Conditions and Flight Centre Terms of Use.
The Prize will be awarded to one Entrant, who has submitted an Eligible Entry, picked at random.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash and is not exchangeable, transferable, or refundable.
Any additional costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included.
If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the State may, in its absolute discretion and without notice, substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or higher value as determined by the State to be reasonable.
The Prize Draw is a game of chance, and the Winner will be the first entry drawn at random by a State representative from the pool of eligible entries.
The State will randomly select a winner (“Winner”) for the Prize after Thursday 28 May 2026.
The Winner will be notified before 5.00pm AEST on Monday 15 June 2026 using the winning Entrant’s contact details provided on the Entry. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are correct and up-to-date.
The Winner must accept the Prize before 5.00pm AEST Friday 19 June 2026. If the Prize is not accepted by this date, it will be forfeited, and no substitute or compensation will be provided and the Winner will not have any claim whatsoever against the State.
To accept the Prize, the Winner must produce evidence of identity and age in the form of a Queensland Government issued photo identification or proof of identity.
If a Winner cannot be contacted on the contact details provided, a winning Entry is found to not be an Eligible Entry or the Winner does not accept the Prize before 5.00pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2026, the State will deem the Prize as unclaimed (and forfeited) and randomly select another Winner. This process for selecting a Winner will be repeated if required.
By entering the Prize Draw, the Winner agrees to:
Use the Prize pack according to Dreamworld, SkyPoint and Flight Centre Terms and Conditions; and
the State publishing their name in print and online including, without limitation, on the State’s websites and social media accounts (including Facebook and Instagram).
The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal information provided as part of the Entry will be collected, used and disclosed by the State for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw, including conducting the draw and notifying the Winner.
The Winner acknowledges and agrees that the State may use and disclose their name in print and online including, without limitation, on the State’s website and social media accounts (including Facebook and Instagram), for the purpose of reporting on and promoting the Prize Draw.
Further information about the State’s treatment of, and your right to access your, personal information held by the State is in the privacy notice and the privacy policy. If this Prize Draw is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the State, the State may, in its absolute discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, modify, suspend or terminate this Prize Draw.
The State must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions imposed by Dreamworld, SkyPoint Dining Experience, and Flight Centre regarding the use of their products as competition prizes and the promotion of the competition. To the extent permitted by law, the State and its employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any costs and expenses, claims, injuries, loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person in relation to the prize draw, including but not limited to, consequential and indirect losses by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the State and its employees, agents, and contractors.
The State may vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time, whether during or after the Entry Period.
The State’s decision in relation to any aspect of this Prize Draw is final and binding on the Entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland.
