TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.4, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and
older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Coles Group Ltd (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and
any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.

To be eligible to enter, entrants must be available for a door knock at their place of residence to be broadcast on the Sunrise Broadcast between the dates of Monday 25th May 2026 to Friday 29th May 2026 between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00am (AEST).

3. HOW TO ENTER:

The competition commences on Saturday 23rd May 2026 at 5:30am AEST and concludes on Thursday 28th May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.

In order to enter, viewers must:

• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, state, postcode, email address, and
mobile phone number on the Competition page and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why you deserve to win a Coles Credit?”; and
3.3 • Tick the checkbox confirming they will be home between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00am
(AEST) the mornings of Monday 25th May 2026 to Friday 29th May 2026 for a live door knock to be broadcast live on the Sunrise program. Entries must be received by Thursday 28th May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
3.4 Entrants can enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
3.6 other parties.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Five (5) Prize Winners of the Competition (“Winner or Winners”). The prizes
will be split as One (1) Major Prize Winner, One (1) Secondary Prize Winner and Three (3)
Minor Prize Winners, who will be awarded one (1) of the following Prizes:

The total prize pool is valued at up to $10,000.00 AUD (including GST). The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and the ultimate redemption date.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included. These are the responsibilities of the Winner.
The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be
taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not
entitled to and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
4.19 Winners will receive their Coles Online Credit to the email address listed in their competition
entry form. The Promoter and Sponsor are not liable for any errors or omissions in any email
addresses entered and no replacement prizes will be offered in the event of such an error or
omission, at the Promoter’s and/or Sponsor’s discretion.
The Winners must have or create a Coles Online account in order to use the prize.
The Prize is not valid to be used in Store, it will only be valid for use on the Coles Website.
The Prize will be valid or a period of One (1) year and will expire 12 months after the end of the
competition period.
The Prize is subject to any and all terms and conditions listed on the Credit, or as provided by
the Promoter, Sponsor and their associated agencies.
The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for
any variation in the Prize values. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from
winning the Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of
the Prize and the Promotor and Sponsor accept no liability for any tax implications that may
arise from claiming the Prize.
In acceptance of the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs
associated with the Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the Prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
Personal information about the Prize Winner will be shared with the Sponsor, and their agents,
to the extent necessary for the Prize to be fulfilled to the Winner.
The Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s
contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify
the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be
directed to the Promoter.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners may be required to sign a legal release
in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Winners agrees that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organization other than the Promoter.
Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these
terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be Five (5) Prize Winners of the Competition (“Winners”). The prizes will be split as One (1) Major Prize Winner, One (1) Secondary Prize Winner and Three (3) Minor Prize Winners. The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all
details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
All Valid Entries will be individually judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the
Promoter, with The Winners determined on the basis of the most authentic and original
responses, at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015 from Sunday
24th May 2026 at 12:00pm (AEST) and will conclude on Friday 29th May 2026 at 5:00am
(AEST). Prize Winners will be judged from all valid entries received (online) throughout the
entire competition period, up until the point in time of the listed time and date of judging as
listed in the table below. For clarity, all valid entries received prior to the judging date and
times listed in the table below will be included in the judging for any prize.

Judging Start Date from 12:00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 24 May 2026 Monday, 25 May 2026 Tuesday, 26 May 2026 Wednesday, 27 May 2026 Thursday, 28 May 2026 The Winners relevant details will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the Competition close date. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEST on Thursday 20th August 2026. If required, a re-judging will take place at 10:30am AEST on Thursday 20th August 2026 at Seven Network
Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re-judging.
The Promoter reserves the right to judge reserve Winners and record in order of judging in
the event that a judged Winner is invalid.
Each Entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions
during the Competition Period will be entered into the Winner Judging’s subsequent to their entry being received by the Promoter’s database.
Winners will be announced during the live Sunrise broadcast between 5:30am AEST and 9:00am AEST between Monday 25th May 2026 to Friday 29th May 2026.
Winners will receive a door knock at their residential address provided in their entry, which may be filmed and broadcast live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30am (AEST) and 09:00am (AEST) from Monday 25th May 2026 to Friday 29th May 2026.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a Winner
being notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did
not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these
circumstances, additional judging will be conducted.

Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prize is subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions.
