How to enter:

To be eligible simply purchase a ticket to the 2026 Let’s Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow during the promotion period (13th April to 31st May 2026) and you will receive an automatic entry into the draw. One entry per ticket purchased. Note: Tickets are only valid to win one $200 fuel voucher. When a ticket has been drawn as a daily winner that specific ticket number will be removed from future draws.

Prize: There are 31 x $200 fuel vouchers available to be won. That is one $200 fuel voucher for each day of the month of May.

The Promotion opens at 9am (AEST) on Monday 13 April 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 31 May 2026.

Who can enter: Entry is open only to show attendees/visitors who are over the age of 18 years.

Draw Date: Prize draws will take place prior to 12noon, at the Caravan Trade & Industries Association of
Queensland’s office in Albion QLD on the following days:
1st draw will take place on Tuesday 5 May for the days 1st to 3rd of May 2026 (3 prizes drawn)
2nd draw will take place on Monday 11 May for the days 4th to 10th of May 2026 (7 prizes drawn)
3rd draw will take place on Monday 18 May for the days 11th to 17th of May 2026 (7 prizes drawn)
4th draw will take place on Monday 25 May for the days 18th to 24th of May 2026 (7 prizes drawn)
5th & final draw will take place on Monday 1 June for the days 25th to 31st May 2026 (7 prizes drawn)
Notification
Means:
Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed by email by no later than 5:00pm on the day of
each draw.
Publication: The winners will be announced on the CTIAQ website www.caravanqld.com.au and Facebook page CaravanningQueensland.
Delivery of Prize: Each fuel voucher prize must be collected by the winner from the Show Office onsite at the Let’s Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow between the dates of 3 – 7 June 2026. Any fuel voucher
prize not collected during these dates will mean the winner forfeits the prize. A valid photo ID must be
provided at time of collection.

Competition Terms and Conditions continued
(a) To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must fall within the criteria in the ‘Who can enter’ section of
the Promotion Details Table. You must follow the requirements in the ‘How to enter’ section of the
Promotion Details Table and submit any entry into the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Entries
submitted after the Promotion Period has closed will not be accepted.
(b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries or for any technical difficulties experienced by
you.
(c) It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in your entry, including
your contact details. Incorrect or incomplete entries may be disregarded by the Promoter.
(d) By submitting your entry, you agree that your entry becomes the property of the Promoter and you
agree that the Promoter may exploit all intellectual property rights in your entry and do anything to
your entry which may otherwise be an infringement of your moral rights.
(e) The winners of the Promotion will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the Draw Date. Delivery of
the Prizes will occur per the details in the ‘Delivery of Prizes’ section of the Promotion Details Table.
Where a Prize cannot be delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions the winner forfeits
their right to the prize.
(f) In no event will the Promoter be liable for any claims, damages or losses of any kind, including direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your entry to
this Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted at law, the Promotion and the prizes are provided on
an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to,
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
(g) You indemnify the Promoter from any and all claims, losses or liabilities which the Promoter may incur
in the course of or connection with your entry and participation in the Promotion.
(h) If a provision of these terms and conditions is illegal, invalid, unenforceable or void, it is severed and the
remainder of these terms and conditions has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that
provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the
basic nature of these terms and conditions or is contrary to public policy.
(i) You agree that your rights and obligations under this Promotion will be construed, take effect in
accordance with and be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and you expressly
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland, Australia and of all courts competent
to hear appeals from them.
