Queenslander Day is just around the corner!

On Saturday 6 June, we’re celebrating everything that makes our great state what it is. Queensland Day marks the moment Queensland stood on its own in 1859, and it’s a chance for all Queenslanders to get involved.

Buckle up, because Triple M’s Rush Hour are putting a classic spin on Queensland Day and they’re taking everyone along for the ride!

Each afternoon on The Rush Hour, Dobbo is jumping in a Ford Ranger with an iconic Queenslander …. the problem is, he has no idea who’s driving!

With Elliott counting down ten minutes on the clock, listeners must correctly guess who is driving. Call 1333 53 or text 0484 10 1045 your answer, and if correct, you’ll go into the draw for your chance to win a brand-new Ford Ranger XLT (valued at $74,515) powered by our mates at Ford.

"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.

Entrants must be 18 years or older. Entry is only open to residents of QLD.

Entrants can enter once a day. Once an entrant has been determined as a Finalist, they must not continue to attempt to enter.

To enter, entrants must:

1. During the Contesting Period, each day during The Rush Hour, Elliot will play an audio clip from an iconic
Queenslander for Dobbo to guess the identity;
2. The Promoter will, simultaneously, upload clues (eg, a blurred picture of the iconic Queenslander) on its Instagram
page for listeners;
3. Dobbo will have ten (10) minutes (to be timed by the Promoter) to identify the iconic Queenslander. Within the ten
(10) minute timeframe, Dobbo will be able to ask questions, however, only “yes” or “no” answers will be provided;
4. Listeners will also have the same ten (10) minute period to identify the iconic Queenslader and need to do so before
Dobbo identifies the iconic Queenslander;
5. Once listeners think they know the identity of the iconic Queenslander, call 1 333 53 or text 0484 10 1045 with their
answer, and if correct and submitted within the timeframe, they will go into the draw to win the Major Prize;
6. At the end of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with the Draw Details below, to
determine the Major Prize Winner. The Promoter will contact the Major Prize Winner between 14:00 - 18:00 on Thursday, 4 June 2026.*
7. In the event that the Winner does not personally answer their phone or it diverts to voicemail, they will not win the
Major Prize and the Promoter will conduct a further draw to determine a new Winner. This process will continue until
a Winner personally answers their phone.
*This will be a pre-recorded segment with the segment subsequently played on air during The Rush Hour on the following day, Friday, 5 June 2026.
