By entering the Sunrise x Geely Car Giveaway (“Competition”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.4, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and
older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Geely Auto Australia (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies
and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
Winner must hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence to claim the Prize. If
Winner does not hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, the Prize will be
awarded to a person nominated by the Winner (“Winner Nominee”). The Winner
Nominee must be aged 18 years or over and have a current unrestricted Australian Driver
Licence to be eligible to claim the Prize.
To be eligible to enter, entrants must be home and available on Friday 5th June 2026
between 5:30am and 9:00am AEST for a Live door knock at their place of residence on the
Sunrise broadcast. If the Winner is unable to do so, they will be deemed invalid and
forfeit all rights to the Prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 3.2 3.3 The competition commences on Friday 29th May 2026 at 5:30am AEST and concludes on
Thursday 4th June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and
postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page
[Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less why you need a Geely Starray EM-i in your life and you could be driving one home!”; and
• Tick the check box, confirming they will be home and available on Friday 5th June 2026
between 5:30am and 9:00am AEST for a Live door knock at their place of residence on the
Sunrise broadcast.
Entries must be received by Thursday 4th June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
3.4 Entrants nay enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
other parties.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not
be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable
and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not
be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity,
will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s
sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner of the Competition (“Winner(s)”). The Winner will be

The total prize pool is valued at up to $47,090.00 (including GST). The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and
the ultimate redemption date. The Prize is based on the manufacturer's recommended
driveaway price only.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included. These are the
responsibilities of the Winner.
The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be
taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not
entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used
in conjunction with any other special offer.
The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for
any variation in the Prize values. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from
winning the Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of
the Prize and the Promotor and Sponsor accept no liability for any tax implications that may
arise from claiming the Prize.
In acceptance of the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs
associated with the Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winner.
The Promoter and Sponsor take no responsibility for fuel, comprehensive insurance, health,
transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from the date of
Prize delivery. Additional options/accessories and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of
the Winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the
Winner.
The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for the condition of the Prize once
dispatched to the Winner. The Prize comes with Compulsory Third-Party Insurance for the first
twelve (12) months only and the Winner will be responsible for obtaining any additional
insurance at their own cost.
If the Winner does not hold a current Australian Driver Licence, the Winner must nominate a
person, who holds an unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence, to claim the Prize. If the Winner
or the Winner’s Nominee does not provide proof of a current, unrestricted Australian Driver
Licence and other valid Entry requirements as deemed by the Promoter or Sponsor, the Prize
will be forfeited in full, and the Winner will have no further claim. A re-judging will be held to
award the Prize to a valid entrant.
The Prize details cannot be changed (e.g. model/transmission), and the Prize must be accepted
as provided by the Sponsor. The Prize cannot be transferred.
The addition of any extra features (including but not limited to, paint, trim or any other
additional features) may come at an extra cost to the Winner, at the discretion of the
Promoter and the Sponsor.

location, at the time agreed in writing between the Winner and the Promoter and/or Sponsor.
It is the Winner’s responsibility to collect the Prize, unless otherwise agreed by the Sponsor.
Delivery date of vehicle within 6 weeks of competition announcement, subject to vehicle
availability at the Winner’s Geely dealership of choice.
The Prize Winner must make their own way to the appointed Geely Dealership, and costs
associated with travel to and or from the Geely Dealership are to be borne by the Winner.
Neither the Promoter nor the Sponsor is responsible nor liable if the Prize is damaged, delayed
or lost in transit during delivery.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the Prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
Personal information about the Prize Winner will be shared with the Sponsor, and their agents,
to the extent necessary for the Prize to be fulfilled to the Winner.
The Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s
contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify
the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be
directed to the Promoter.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release
in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Winner agrees that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or
photographs to any media or other organization other than the Promoter.
Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these
terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 5.2 5.3 5.4 There will be One (1) Prize Winner (“Winner”) of the Competition.
Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all
details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
The Winner will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by
the Promoter having regard to authenticity, and originality at Seven Network Media City, 8
Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015 from Thursday 4th June 2026 from 12:15pm (AEST). The
Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
The Winner’s name will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of
judging. The Winner will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2) business days of
the publication. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not
claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEST on Thursday 3rd September 2026. If required, a re-judging
5.5 5.6 5.7 will take place at 10:30am AEST on Thursday 3rd September 2026 at Seven Network Media
City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in
writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name published
on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re-judging.
The Winner may be announced live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the
Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 09:00 AM AEST on Friday 5th June 2026.
Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prize is subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 6.2 6.3 6.4 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and
in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to
vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war,
pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its
absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Geely Auto Australia Pty Ltd and their associated
agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or
late, lost, or misdirected mail.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Geely Auto Australia Pty Ltd and their associated
agencies and companies, to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any
misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim
that may occur:
• during the judging;
• whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
• in the participation in any Prize;
• because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication
of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member,
journalist, other entrants or any other person;
• in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion; and
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer
equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other
person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes
including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or

administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with

suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at
its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or
production requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
from such an offender are reserved.
Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right
to take any action that may be available.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the
right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process,
take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition.
By entering the Competition, and by collecting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges and
accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently
dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
Neither the Promoter nor Sponsor are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather
conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling.
It is the responsibility of each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at
destinations prior to travel.

Entrants who opt-in agree that the Sponsor will receive their personal information. The Sponsor
will handle the personal information of the entrants (e.g. first name, last name, address, phone
number, email address) in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be accessed at
https://www.geely.com.au/privacy-policy. By ticking the opt in checkbox, you agree to the
Sponsor contacting you from time to time with marketing communications. You can opt out at
7.4 any time by emailing a request to info@geely.com.au.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65
052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the
purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying
and notifying the Winner, prize fulfilment and understanding our audiences. Seven will
otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is
available on our website at http://www.sevenwestmedia.com.au/privacy-policies (and which
contains information regarding how you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or
make a complaint about our handling of your personal information). By providing your personal
information below, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing,
Seven may disclose the entrant’s personal information to its related entities, business partners
and external service providers for research and profiling purposes as well as other purposes
reasonably related to the entrant’s relationship with Seven. In addition, by entering this
competition, you consent to Seven using your personal information for the purpose of Seven and
