Terms and Conditions:

The Promoter is Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited trading as Personalised Plates Queensland (ABN 12 098 273 539) of Level 7, 25 King Street, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 (“Promoter” or “PPQ”).
Participation in the “Win a Trip to Bathurst Sunday with Personalised Plates Queensland” competition (“Competition”) constitutes acceptance of these “Terms and Conditions”.
Information on how to enter this Competition and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid Queensland Customer Reference Number (“CRN”), referred herein as “Eligible Individuals”.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, contractors and suppliers associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. The Competition commences at 9:00am AEST on Monday 18th May 2026 and closes at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 26th August 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside the Competition Period will be deemed invalid.
4. How to Enter
To enter, Eligible Individuals must, during the Competition Period:
Scan a QR code at a PPQ activation or access the Competition website via PPQ or partner promotional channels, available online and follow the prompts to the Competition entry form.
Submit a Creative Plate combination / plate design to be considered for possible display on Brodie Kostecki’s race car at a Supercars event during the 2026 Supercars Championship. Display is subject to suitability, approvals and Promoter discretion and is not guaranteed.
Provide all mandatory contact information requested, including:
First name;
Last name;
Email address; and
Mobile phone number.
4. Accept these Terms and Conditions and the PPQ Privacy Policy.
5. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Each valid submission constitutes one (1) entry.
Any cost associated with accessing the Competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
5. Entries, Verification & Disqualification
Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day during the Competition Period.
Each entry must:
Contain a unique Creative Plate combination; and
Be submitted separately via the official entry form.
Duplicate or substantially similar entries may be deemed invalid and removed. Where duplicate or substantially similar Creative Plate combinations are submitted, the time of submission will be taken into consideration, and only the earliest valid entry received for that Creative Plate combination will be included in the entry pool. For clarity, if duplicate or substantially similar Creative Plate combinations are submitted by multiple entrants, only the first‑submitted entry will be accepted.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enables an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and Queensland Customer Reference Number (CRN), and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has:
Breached any of these Terms and Conditions;
Tampered with the entry process; or
Engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Competition.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are expressly reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
6. Creative Plate Combination Conditions and Content Moderation
All Creative Plate combinations submitted:
Must be original and created by the entrant;
Must comply with PPQ Terms and Conditions which can be found here: ppq.com.au/terms-conditions;
Must be suitable for public display and motorsport environments; and
Must be eligible to be displayed on a race car prior to the end of the 2026 Supercars Championship.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove, reject or disqualify any entry that contains content deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to content that is:
Obscene, indecent or sexually inappropriate;
Likely to cause offence to a reasonable person;
Fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
Violent, dangerous or promotes unsafe road behaviour;
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, derogatory, defamatory or harassing;
Political or ideological in nature;
In breach of any laws, regulations, rules or codes;
Infringing or potentially infringing of any third party’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or may constitute false or misleading representation or conduct, and/or implies or falsely represents a connection with any third-party business;
Ambiguous in identification of a vehicle or enables mistaken recognition of a vehicle and/or its occupants;
Unsuitable for publication or public display; and/or
Ambiguous or capable of mistaken recognition.
Only content deemed appropriate by the Promoter will be shortlisted or selected.
7. Judging and Winner Selection
This Competition is a game of skill, not a game of chance and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on:
Creativity and originality;
Brand and motorsport relevance; and
Overall suitability for display on Brodie Kostecki’s race car.
Judging will take place at 3:00pm AEST on Wednesday 26 August 2026.
The Promoter may select additional reserve entries which the judges determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize
There will be one (1) “Winner”, as determined by the judges to be the best entry.
The one (1) “Prize consists of a trip for two (2) people to the Repco Bathurst 1000 Supercars “Event” on Sunday 11th October 2026, including:
Two (2) premium Supercars corporate hospitality tickets in the Pavilion x Piper lounge at the Event;
Return private charter fly-in / fly-out flights from Brisbane airport to Bathurst airport;
A Supercars “Grid Walk” at the Event;
A Supercars “Behind the Scenes Tour” Event; and
A “Mount Panorama Bus Trip” at the Event.
The Total Prize value is $10,000 AUD.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.
If for any reason the Winner does not take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
9. Prize Conditions
Prize travel must be taken by the Winner and their companion on Sunday 11 October 2026.
The Winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The Winner and their companion must both be over the age of 18.
All costs not expressly included (including spending money, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), meals outside inclusions, travel insurance, transfers not specified and personal expenses) are the responsibility of the Winner.
If the Prize or any component is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
The Prize is subject to the Event, venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and Event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the Winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Competition or suspend, substitute or modify a Prize.
10. Plate Display
The winning Creative Plate combination may be displayed on Brodie Kostecki’s race car at a Supercars event prior to the end of the 2026 Championship.
No guarantee is made regarding:
The specific race round or event;
Duration of display; and/or
Broadcast, media or spectator exposure.
11. Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified on the same day as judging by phone and/or email.
If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
12. Publicity
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter (and any third-party media) using their name, suburb, image, likeness, voice and Creative Plate combination for the Promoter’s promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, in any media, worldwide, without compensation.
13. Intellectual Property, Warranties & Indemnity
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the Competition entry form including but not limited to text (“Content”). PPQ shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. PPQ may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:
their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
their Content is their original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party;
they consent to any use of the Content which may otherwise infringe the Content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights; and
they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify PPQ for any breach of the above terms. As a condition of entry, entrants licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
14. Privacy & Data Handling
PPQ collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct this Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers. Participation in this Competition is conditional on providing this PI. PPQ will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.ppq.com.au/privacy-policy.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in PPQ’s Privacy Policy, PPQ may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the individual. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how individuals may complain about a breach of applicable privacy legislation or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of PPQ. Unless otherwise indicated by PPQ, PPQ may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Privacy Policy). By submitting content into the campaign, participants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by applicable privacy legislation and agree that PPQ is not liable in this regard.
15. Technical Issues
If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Competition, as appropriate.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, PPQ (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Competition.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, PPQ (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under PPQ’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by PPQ) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of PPQ; or (d) participation in this Competition.
