This promotion is a prize draw. Entry is made by commenting one of the specified phrases on the promotional post and completing the entry actions via the Gleam.io page accessed through Linktree. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries using the Gleam.io platform.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must comment “C”, “18.9mm”, or “Under 18.9mm” on the giveaway post to receive a Gleam entry link via Linktree, then complete the listed actions (follow the @PredatorGaming Instagram page, like, and comment) on Gleam. Winners will be selected at random through the Gleam platform https://gleam.io/4gNdp/predator-computex-2026-giveaway. Full entry requirements are detailed in Section 5 below.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Competition is Acer Inc. References to "the Sponsor" throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to Acer Inc.
2. Eligibility

The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI Giveaway (the "Competition") is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who submit a valid entry either via https://gleam.io/4gNdp/predator-computex-2026-giveaway

The Competition is open worldwide except where prohibited by law. The following countries are ineligible due to restrictive laws regarding contests, lotteries, or prize promotions that may require government approval, prohibit such activities, or impose strict tax and compliance regulations: North Korea, Iran, Sudan, Syria, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, China, Russia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, Czech Republic, and Mexico.

Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Predator Inc. (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules

By entering the Competition, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Creative Panel (as defined in Section 6), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Competition.
4. Entry Period

The Competition begins on 28 May 2026 at 12:00AM (GMT+8) and ends on 06 June 2026 at 11:59PM (GMT+8) (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must comment “D”, or “18.9mm” on the designated giveaway post on the Sponsors official social media account Participants must then access the Linktree link provided by the Sponsor through a direct message which will direct them to the Gleam.io entry page. Participants must complete any required verification steps (including email verification or fraud prevention checks) set by the Sponsor.

The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Participants must complete the required actions on the Gleam platform (which include following the Sponsors social accounts, liking content and commenting) to receive an entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of using fraudulent methods or attempting to circumvent the rules of the Competition.
6. Winner Selection Process

Following the close of the Entry Period on 06 June 2026, all eligible entries will progress through the following stage selection process, overseen by Gleam.
Stage (a) – Winner Selection

The winner of the Competition will be selected at random from all valid entries using the Gleam.io platform. In the event that the same individual is selected more than once, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate selections and redraw a new winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Sponsor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This Competition is in no way administered by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Stage (b)– Winner Announcement

Following successful contact with the winner, the winner will be published on the official Predator Instagram account (@Predator) on 07 June 2026 at 12:00PM BST. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the date of the winner announcement if the winner has not claimed their prize within the allocated period as detailed in Section 8.
7. Prizes

The winner(s) of the Competition (the "Winner") will receive the following prize:

1 x Predator Helios Neo 16S AI

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or a request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Winner Notification

The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the announcement of the winner via direct message to the contact details provided at the time of entry. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, fails to provide a valid form of identification, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate finalist may be selected by the Creative Panel as a replacement Winner. Receipt of the prize offered in this Competition by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the Winner, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, will result in the Winner's disqualification and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

 
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant

By entering this Competition (e.g., submitting a written response, photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By entering this Competition, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Predator Inc. from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which Predator Inc. may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.
10. Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition. In such cases, the Sponsor may determine a winner from eligible entries received before and/ or after the action taken by the Sponsor, if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or website, or who violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Competition and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same person in excess of that allowed by the Competition rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Force Majeure

In the event of a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled (also referred to as "Force Majeure") that affects the fairness and/or integrity of this Competition, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend this Competition. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Competition, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine a winner from among all eligible entries received before the Competition was required to be cancelled, changed, or suspended, using the judging criteria outlined in Section 6. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Competition by hacking, cheating, or committing fraud in any way, the Sponsor may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law and may ban you from participating in any future Predator Gaming or Predator promotions.
12. Limitation of Liability

By entering the Competition, you agree to release and hold harmless Predator Inc., Predator Gaming, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Competition; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Competition or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
13. Disputes

This Competition is governed by the laws of Taiwan without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the Taipei District Court. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Competition). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
14. Winners List

To request a copy of the winners list, please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
15. Social Media Disclaimer

The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit,

Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Competition. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Competition and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks. The use of Instagram for the community voting stage of this Competition does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or administration of the Competition by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

16. Governing Language

These official rules are executed in English.
