Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in Urban List’s Rome & Barcelona Competition promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is conducted by Urban List Pty Ltd ACN 142 505 897 as trustee for The Urban List Trust (ABN 56 349 266 482) (“Promoter”).

The Promotion is open to all NSW, VIC, QLD and WA residents aged 18 and over who enter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


Employees (and their immediate family and/or those living in the same household) of the Promoter, and its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

How to Enter


The Promotion period commences at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 28 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 28 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).



To enter, individuals must visit www.theurbanlist.com during the Promotional Period and complete the entry form, including answering the following prompt in 25 words or less:

“Pick your favourite recommendation from Urban List Rome or Barcelona and tell us why you want to try it.”


There is no cost to enter the Promotion.



The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entries which contravene these Terms and Conditions, including any incomplete or indecipherable entries.

Determining and Notifying the Winner(s)


Selection of the winner(s) will take place at the Sydney office of the Promoter, 20-40 Meagher St, Chippendale NSW 2008 at 2:00pm AEST on Monday 29th June, 2026.



This Promotion will run as a game of skill. Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality.



The Promoter’s determination of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.



The winner will be notified via email or phone, on Tuesday 30th June, 2026. The winner must acknowledge acceptance of and claim their Prize by replying to the notification with details requested. This must be received by the Promoter no later than Tuesday 7th July, 2026.



If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge, accept and claim their Prize by Tuesday 7th July, 2026, that Prize will be forfeited, and another winner selected at 2pm AEST on Wednesday 8th July, 2026.


The Promoter will have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

The Prize


The winner of the Prize will receive 1 x $5,000 AUD prepaid Visa card valued at $5,000 AUD. Total Prize Pool: $5,000 AUD


Prize terms and conditions:

The prepaid Visa card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.

The card may have an expiry date and any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the card are not included.

All Prize redemptions are also subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the supplier.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can they be sold or otherwise transferred to any person.

The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses not expressly stated as forming part of the Prize.
