Promotional Period:
Start time/date: 9:00 am AEST on 3 June 2026
End time/date: 5:00 pm AEST on 14 June 2026 or once all gifts available are exhausted
Claims are only open to Queensland residents. Claimants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to participate.
How to claim:
To claim a gift, the claimant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) spend at least $20 in any number of transactions on food and beverage goods or services (other than the
Excluded Items) at participating food and beverage retailers at Uptown in the course of one (1) day
(“Qualifying Spend”);
b) visit the Up for a Bite Promotional Cart, located at Level E, Food Court, Uptown, between 11:00 am and
2:00 pm AEST, daily from Wednesday 3 June 2026 to Sunday 7 June 2026 (inclusive) and present their
receipt(s) for the Qualifying Spend to a staff member on the same day of the Qualifying Spend; and
c) complete and submit the claim form for the Promotion (Scan the QR Code at the Up for a Bite Promotional
Cart) with their personal details as requested.
By claiming, claimants subscribe to receive news of exclusive Uptown events and promotions via email from
Vicinity Centres.
Excluded Items: The following products or services (including vouchers relating to such products or services)
will not be eligible to purchase to claim a gift: gift cards, liquor or tobacco products, weapons of any kind,
prescription medicines, cosmetic or surgical procedures, health insurance. Furthermore, any
transactions/services at medical practitioners and related health services (physio, dentist, pathology,
psychology), banks, Automatic Telling Machines, financial institutions, TAB and gaming venues, lottery agents,
petrol stations, accountants, employment services/agencies, disability services, professional training, lawyers,
tax services, occupational safety (i.e. Worksafe), child care services, parliamentary offices, Neighbourhood
Watch, electorate office, real estate agencies and rental of suites/offices are not eligible for this Promotion.
Hearing services and related products are not excluded from the Promotion.
Proof of Purchase: The claimant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original
receipt for the Qualifying Spend.
Daily allocation of scratch and win cards: A limited number of scratch and win cards (each a “Scratch Card”)
will be available each day at the Up for a Bite Promotional Cart, to be issued on a first-come, first-served basis
until the daily allocation is exhausted. If the daily allocation of Scratch Cards is exhausted at the time a claimant
attempts to claim, the claimant may return to the Up for a Bite Promotional Cart within twenty-four (24) hours
of their last Qualifying Spend (and within the operating hours of the Up for a Bite Promotional Cart) to claim a
Scratch Card, subject to availability within that 24-hour period.

Further Gift
Details:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher
will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer
including those specified on the voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash
value. Each voucher must be redeemed at a participating food and beverage retailer at Uptown by 5:00 pm
AEST on 14 June 2026. Any unredeemed value after that date and time will be forfeited.
