Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation
in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Entrant:
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years who make an Eligible Purchase at the
Centre during the Promotion Period (Entrant).
Eligible Purchase:
3. To make an Eligible Purchase, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period spend in one
transaction, the amount of:
(a) $30 or more at a participating specialty retailer in the Centre; or
(b) $100 or more at any of the major tenancies at the Centre including Woolworths, Target,
Dan Murphys, Big W or Fresh & Save,
Exclusions apply see clause 9.
4. Entrants must:
(a) retain the original valid receipt/s as proof of the Eligible Purchase (Receipt);
(b) fill in the official entry form provided by the retailer with the Entrant’s requested details; and
(c) place the completed entry form in the official entry barrel at the Centre within the
Promotion Period.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately
and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) one entry per qualifying purchase transaction
during the Promotional Period.
7. Where an Entrant elects on the entry form to receive the latest Centre news, updates and
promotions, the Entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information to send electronic
marketing communications (including by email and SMS) in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy
Policy. Entrants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
8. If you are drawn as one of our prize winners, you will be required to supply identification and proof
of purchase through a valid Receipt to validate your entry.
9. Purchases from partial lay-bys, postal services, prescription purchases, interest free purchase
payments, eftpos and ATM receipts, fuel, TAB, bill payments such as the payment of credit card
bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates,
doctors and phone bills) are ineligible to enter.
10. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-
spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-
sister or 1st cousin.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including
an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and may disqualify any individual who the
Promoter reasonably considers has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with
the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other
compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, acting
reasonably, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
Prize Determination:
13. Winners will be drawn from the official entry barrel which will be located in the Centre outside of
Target, in order of the Prizes listed on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. The first valid
entry drawn randomly in the draw from the entries received during the Promotion Period will win
the major prize, the next 8 entries will each receive a Minor Prize.
14. The Promoter may arrange to draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in
order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve
Entrants).
15. Winners will be notified by phone using contact details on their entry form and winner’s names
will be published on the Grafton Shoppingworld Facebook page and website by 16:00pm AEST
on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right
to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, if required.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken
as cash, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
19. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole
responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
20. If a Prize has not been claimed by 5:00pm AEST 28 August 2026, after making reasonable
attempts to locate the winner, the Promotor cannot contact a winner or the winner does not contact
the Promoter then, the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or
carry out an unclaimed prize draw at 1:00pm AEST on 31 August 2026 at the same location as
the original draw to distribute the relevant prize/s in descending order of value. Winner’s names
of the unclaimed prize draw will be published on the Grafton Shoppingworld website –
www.graftonshoppingworld.com.au on 31 August 2026 at 4:00pm AEST
